How does this change the rumours of Rachel being in B23? If any?

Rachel Weisz plays the main woman role in Bourne Legacy... That pretty much rules her out of being in a Bond film.

That settles it then. ;;) For the best probably. She's not unwelcome in a Bond but I can't see she feels necessary to me.
