Dynamite sure knows how to milk a cashcow, not that that's a bad thing.
Same here man, i don't even know what to think, this is one of the Best things that happend since i became a Bond fan (97-98). And remember, this is all just starting!
Dynamite is not f*****g around.
And @00Agent, is it me or the first few preview pages remind me of the final showdown from The Quasimodo Gambit? :D
Certainly looks like it. It's a great time to be a Bond fan! if you are into comic books that is... if not, your loss
Ohh i never finished that one, the artstyle threw me off a little bit. i will try to finish it this week
At first, I also disliked the art, but I got used to it and later on loved the way it was inked. Not much of outlines there, just colours, but admittedly, the worst one we've ever had with the art was Shattered Helix. I could hardly identify any object in a panel in that comic.
And what i also find interesting is that this series and the ellis one has the same style for the header, but with inverted colors (Ellis is black on white, this one is White on Black). i wonder what's the meaing behind it? will we have two series running in parallel for much longer? this is surely not a coincidence
It'll be interesting to see if the newly announced comic arc connects to Ellis' future Bond work in any cool and surprising ways.
=D> ...you're so right.. I did not see that coming at all!!!
I needed exciting Bond news.... wow wow wow!!!!
And going back to HammerHead do you know awesome that would look on screen to see a parachute emerging from the clouds?
Hammerhead will be a whole new chapter for Bond just like Eidolon and VARGR.
Synopsis:
EIDOLON, CHAPTER 5: Eidolon have M and Moneypenny, in a remote safehouse, with no hope of backup, no aid on the way, and no sign of James Bond. Fear and paranoia and the collapse of governmental structure are in sight. Britain is going back to the Dark Ages and SPECTRE, finally, have won.
Release date 19. October 2016
And think about it #5 and HammerHead #1 released (hopefully) in the same month!!
Bond nirvana.... ahhh
