Yes, I do recall seeing that symbol somewhere in Licence to Kill.
Yes sorry I thought that's the one you meant by orange with wave. A quick Google reveals that your one is indeed the Wavekrest logo.
No idea what the meaning of the Silva logo is though.
The upside down triangle can be seen on Silva's chopper. The Green Planet logo is another one, which looks like a round palm leaf; Zukovsky beluga caviar; Pussy Galore's flying circus; GoldenEye (it's a golden eye); and the Octopussy logo, which, disappointingly, just looks like a plain old octopus. You also have Bond's various Univex designs, perhaps the only identifiable symbol being the globe from QOS.

What other fictional companies do we have in the Bondiverse? I'm pretty sure the Fororro motor oil can from the end of QOS is an example here:
