😂 👏, well done, 😂😆 ...!!!
If it was credible they would probably find their own source.
Sometimes a 'prestige publication' won't run with something if they can't corroborate it with another source or it might ruffle certain feathers with people who could give them future scoops.
I bought him up some time ago . It appears that at some point he had some allegations of domestic violence ; I don’t know if those were even verified.
Strictly as an actor; he does have potential .
I like to watch interviews when evaluating an actor; I watched parts of this one and he seems to have all the qualities for Bond.
That's okay. Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas can handle the producer duties just fine.
While I think he's got some qualities that make him worth taking a look at, one way or another, I have no strong opinion about him. With that said, it seems like some of the criticism that he receives is based on things that happened early in his career. It would be a shame to continuously judge him on things he may or may not have done at a much younger age; like many young actors he may have been overwhelmed by success and expectations People do mature.
He addresses some of this in this Variety article.

They're all drama queens at the end of the day, Craig, Our Henry and even Connery were not the best to suffer fools on set. Christian Bale, DeNiro, etc etc etc. To be honest the thought of ATJ makes my appendage shrink in disappointment....if only Babs said yes to Henry all those years ago, we would be enjoying Bond cinema every two years. So sad.
I’m not aware of Craig having any sort of reputation like that..?
Craig has a good reputation of being a total pro. And I'm glad Henry Cavil lost out to Craig. Craig is a far, far better and more intriguing actor. Henry is a bit of a plank, with limited range, but he has a reputation for being a really good guy.
Is it possible that now with Michael G. Wilson retired and Barbara Broccoli busy with “Othello,” they are sedating the entire production of “Bond 26” to Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas?? And that Barbara is only as co-producer.

As far as I know, Mike hasn't retired yet.
Reportedly, Cavill was not in good shape at the time. These days, quite a different story
That escalated quickly. Maybe with Henry cast, the butterfly effect could have come into affect and changed all of history from 2006. I really can't justify having just 5 Bond films, yes just 5 films in 15 years. That's bad form.
He hasn't retired, his son Gregg will transition into his position during / post-B26.
Obviously, this could change between now and '27/28 when B26 is released, but that is the current plan.
That'll be the norm from here on out, I'm afraid. I don't think this series, or any series on this level and scale, can spit them out every other year any longer. I'd looove to be wrong on that score though.
