    I'm assuming the numbers themselves are important otherwise you'd have given the films' titles as per usual.

    1+9+7+4 = 21
    1+9+8+1 = 19
    1+9+9+9 = 28

    So 1999, being the only even addition, is ironically the odd one out?

    FYEO & TWINE both have snow and skiing scenes,so TMWTGG is the odd one out ?

    Sorry, tried to be creative and give the numbers instead of the titles. It's really only about the movies.
    All three movies have a connection.

    Bernard Lee is featured in both TMWTGG and TWINE (as a painting), But was absent in from FYEO... therefore FYEO is the odd one out?

    All they all have a Chief of Staff, but TWINE is the only one to call him Tanner? Therefore TWINE is the odd one out?

    In FYEO, we don't see a second MI6 HQ other than in London.

    Hints: Tanner is the connection but why is TMWTGG the odd one out? Maybe the parrot knows it...
