FYEO and TLD take elements of Ian Fleming, Bond novels, but SP takes some inspiration from a non- Fleming, Bond novel. Colonel Sun.
So SP is the odd one out?

    You're right on OOO @Benny

But not that's not the answer that I'm finding for, try again.

Kristatos, Koskov and C are all antagonists who pose as allies.
C is OOO as he’s the only one who’s an actual mole within British intelligence.

Bond flies in all three but in Spectre he intentionally crashes the plane?

    Nope still.

Clue: These three Bond films are distinctive from the rest of the Bond films as I've observed, because there's one thing that Bond never done in all these three films (that he usually do in all of the rest of the films, except to these three), but the OOO is where he might not done it to the actual scenes, but still shown somewhere.

SP is OOO has the main villain is a family member of Bond? LOL

Serious answer: Bond only takes two women to bed in FYEO and SP but only one woman in TLD, therefore TLD is OOO

Not still, not what I'm looking for.

Try and try and you will get it.

Clue: Just think of the usual Bond traits or what he usually does, you will find in these three films that he'd never done one of those.
Bond was always doing these in all of the films, except to these three films, but in OOO, although he didn't also do this (in the actual film scenes) but that common trait of him was still shown in that film (albeit not in the actual film scenes).

He doesn't drink a martini in these films, but we see a martini at the end titles of TLD. OOO is TLD?

@thedove the OOO is from SP...just not sure where. But I think you could be onto something with the martinis.

    Clue:

These three doesn't involved a particular Bond characteristic/trait.

But the OOO does include it but outside of the film, just observe those three films, they all something in common, but what makes the OOO different is that certain Bond characteristic was shown outside of the film.

Would make for a good and new another trivia if guessed! Typical "I've never noticed that!" Kind of thing.

TLD Bond spies through a scope of a gun a woman,
    FYEO Bond spies through binoculars
SP Bond spies through a scope

SP is OOO has immediately after the spying he shoots at the target.

    Interesting, but it's still not.

Another clue: What makes it an OOO is the Title Sequence, it involves Bond in one of his common looks, something that's not evident or seen/shown in the actual movie.
Bond usually do this (it's part of the character), but in these three films he didn't do it, but in the OOO did involved Bond with that "look".

Trust me, this game will shock you, because this is something that you might have not noticed yet, would make for a great trivia.

@thedove just try and try, you have the possibility of getting this.

You say it happened outside the film. Do you mean in promotional material?
    It's a little confusing.

Outside the actual film, in the Title Sequence.

For confusion: The OOO was seen in the Title Sequence!

So it's not something we can see on screen?

    It's in the Title Sequence.

    For Clarification and Clues:

    1. We usually seeing Bond in this, he commonly doing this, except in these three films.

    2. What makes one of those films an OOO, is despite of Bond not seen in this look (for the whole film), the Title Sequence did depict him in this look.

Bond isn't shirtless in these films, except for Spectre's title sequence?

    Congratulations! @ProfJoeButcher
    You've got it!

In these three films (TLD, FYEO and SP), Bond never took his shirt off, nor was he naked, that's an interesting trivia, as in all of the films, there's always a scene where Bond was shirtless, except to these three films where he'd never took his shirts off, he's clothed on.

But SPECTRE lost because the title sequence still showed Bond shirtless!

    It's your turn now!
