In all three films Bond and the lady of the picture end up in a vehicle. However only LALD has it being a train. TMWTGG (junk boat) TSWLM (Stromberg's escape pod). Therefore LALD is the odd one out.

In each of the films the main villain has a henchwoman working for them

    LALD - Solitaire
    TMWTGG - Andrea Anders
    TSWLM - Naomi

Solitaire is the only one to live, so LALD is the odd one out.

Sorry, nothing close so far. It has nothing to do with the end of the movies.

Moore was under contract for all three.

However when The Spy Who Loved Me finished filming/premiering, he was no longer under contract.

    All three feature recurring characters:

    LALD Leiter
    TMWTGG Pepper
    TSWLM Jaws

However only Leiter is a Fleming character, therefore LALD is the odd one out.

All 3 are produced by Cubby Broccoli, however he split with Harry Saltzman after TMWTGG so TSWLM is the odd one out as he produced that one on his own

Hint: GE features the same thing. I decided to leave GE out because the ooo wouldn't be definite anymore.

    Another clue:

One of these characters is part of the solution!

Hmm, well Leiter didn’t turn up in any more Moore films, so are we saying each of the films have an actor that plays their role twice - Kiel’s Jaws, Hedison’s Leiter and James’ Pepper - but Hedison is the odd one out because his second appearance was in a Dalton movie, not a Moore movie?

The answer isn't about recurring characters. Only one of the three characters is part of the solution. The other two aren't important.

Hmm, I feel it’s on the tip of my tongue but no cigar ... will keep pondering! Good puzzle!

It's got to be the obvious guess but what the heck. Sherriff JW Pepper only appears in LALD and TMWTGG...therefore TSWLM is the odd one out.

Not that. But I would have tried this, too. Pepper isn't part of this round.

All involve fights with henchmen on vehicles, TMWTGG is odd one out as the other two both take place on trains

Another step in the right direction. But less violent.

    Three characters are connected somehow...
    Think about specific scenes.

Jaws, Nick Nack and Baron Samedi all end up in a tight space (wardrobe, suitcase and coffin) but NN is the odd one out as Bond put him in there.

Ah of course I think I’ve got it now ... each film has someone in a wardrobe - Miss Caruso, Mary Goodnight and Jaws - only Jaws is a villain, so he is the odd one out.

Thanks @goldenswissroyale that was a great puzzle. It took me ages to remember Miss Caruso, that scene completely slipped my mind.

I enjoy trying to solve these but my mind isn’t quite wired the right way to think them up, but I’ll try and come up with something for tomorrow 🤞

    New round
Something connects these three films, what is it and which therefore is the odd one out?

    OHMSS DAF TMWTGG

I don't have a good idea, yet. Except there is an elephant on skis somewhere in OHMSS...
Maybe something with the casino scenes... :-?

There is?! I need to look out for that! Nothing to do with casinos, but I will say it is to do with what you see in the films.

Bond appears in all three PTS but only in TMWTGG is the Bond not a human? LOL!

Good thinking, but it’s not that! I’ve always wanted one of those Roger Moore waxworks in my front room!
