Fiennes has a family name that is not also a common given name like Craig, Harris.
  • Got it. Ralph Fiennes is not in his 40s.

Both Fiennes and Harris have appeared in adaptations of John Le Carré spy novels, the former with The Constant Gardner (alongside Mrs. Daniel Craig) and the latter Our Kind of Traitor.

I want to see Daniel Craig as Alec Leamas in a new take on The Spy Who Came in From the Cold to complete the set.

Not sure if this is a real attempt or a quick attempt at humour.

I will say the B25 gamer is the only one who won't be satisfied? LOL

    This is a tricky one!
Is it John Glen, perhaps? OHMSS was the only one of these three films he had any involvement in.

Edit: and thinking of John Glen; OHMSS is the only one with a ski chase sequence/bobsleigh chase.

I like your thinking @Torgeirtrap ... but sadly no... There's an element in the two earlier films that is so much more appealing to me than Mr. Glen-- no fault of his own... And when you discover what this is, I think you will agree with me...

And to further give hints, I could list odd one out, with the same results, if I listed
    FRWL, GF, TB
    or
    FRWL, TB, YOLT
    or
    FRWL, TB, TLD

(laughing maniacally)... the variations are endless-- but the same....!!!!

I'm afraid I'm stuck, @peter! Will have to think about this one a bit more…

Nice one. Ok, I try to start a new one. Since this quiz is often a bit unspecific, I will combine it with a clue:
All three movies have a special event in common. But only in two of the films, something specific happens at this event.
    OHMSS, LALD, AVTAK

Sorry was away at work. Not what I was thinking of. I don't want to create chaos so I can refrain for now.
