    A bit "dark" suggestion:
    Corinne Dufour in MR and Paris Carver in TND are both killed for sharing information with Bond, while Paula Caplan in TB kills herself in order not to have to share information to Largo's henchmen.

    In TB Vargas is ‘skewered’ with the harpoon, in MR Drax is ‘skewered’ with the dart, TND is the OOO as Stamper planned on ‘skewering’ Bond with the chakra tools but he escaped

    TND is OOO has Michelle was of Chinese descent and not France like the other actresses.

    TB Q was played by Desmond and it was his third time playing the role against Sean
    MR Q was played by Desmond and it was his third time playing the role against Roger
    TND Q was played by Desmond and it was his second time playing the role against Pierce.

    Therefore TND is ooo

    I have to disappoint you: as smart as it is, it's not what I'm looking for. (I almost started a round about Q appearances but decided to change the idea a bit.) This one isn't about Q but you are definitely on the right path @thedove.

    Okay another attempt!

    TB Martine Beswick was making her second appearance in a Bond movie
    MR Richard Keil was making his second appearance in a Bond movie
    TND Joe Don Baker was making his second appearance as Jack Wade but his third appearance in a Bond Movie

    Therefore TND is OOO!

    It's the third movie for Desmond Llewelyn, Lewis Gilbert and Joe Don Baker. Lewis Gilbert (and MR) is the odd one out, as he wasn't an actor in the films?

    …or third film for Desmond Llewelyn, Walter Gotell and Joe Don Baker. Desmond Llewelyn (and TB) is the odd one out as only he returned playing the same character in all his films?

    Your second idea is good. Now you are again a step closer to the answer. What are the parallels between Gotell and Baker and which actor from TB would also fit in exactly the same way? I apologize that it is so difficult. But you are almost there and I will give more hints if necessary that we have a winner today.

    Possibly Anthony Dawson for TB, together with Gotell and Baker they’ve both played one character in their first film, and a different character in their 2nd and 3rd films. Dawson would be OOO as his face is only seen in the first film?

    Well done that's it. Another point is that they all died in their first film but not in the others. I would have also accepted MR as ooo because Gotell appeared again in later films.
