    Another try:
    GF - Bond and Tilly are pursued and she’s killed.
    FYEO - Bond and Lisl are pursued and she’s killed.
    OHMSS- Bond and Tracy are pursued and she’s captured alive, hence OOO

    All films feature a grand scale attack on the villain‘s forces.
    In OHMSS & FYEO Bond is aided by criminals whether in GF he’s aided by the army.

    A bomb is ticking in all three movies. The clock in FYEO and OHMSS is somehow similar and both bombs (at Piz Gloria and under water) went off while the bomb in GF had a countdown with numbers and didn't explode.

    I love seeing all the things we can come up with! I am afraid that my OOO isn't concerning bombs or armies.

    Probably not the right answer but I’ll try anyway:
    OHMSS - Tracy ice-skates
    FYEO - Bibi ice-skates
    GF - Tilly lies about having ice-skates

    FYEO - Melina’s parents
    OOO is OHMSS since Bond is the one who suffers the loss (and Draco, obviously)

    Ding ding! We have a winner! Excellent. I would have also accepted that we see figure skating but not by any of the characters from the film. As Leiter is observed walking past an ice skating scene at the start of the film! Well done @R1s1ngs0n back to you my friend!

    Helicopters are featured in YOLT and TND but it's an airplane in LALD. LALD is OOO

    LALD Bond is caught in bed by M
    TND Bond is caught in bed by Moneypenny on the phone.

    TND is ooo has the interruption is on a phone and not in person!

    I can’t decide between

    Bond is restrained in all 3 (YOLT tied to the chair with Helga, LALD pinned to the chair with Kananga, TND handcuffed to Wai-Lin) so TND OOO as he’s not on a chair and free to move about

    Or Bond is forced to sit facing potential harm in all three (YOLT with Helga, LALD with Kananga and TND with Kaufman) but TND is OOO as he’s not restrained while sitting

    ....so I’ve naughtily suggested both ☺️

    I will take a slightly different tack.

    YOLT Bond is shown a threatening tool which he ends up using
    LALD Bond is caught and with a claw threatening his finger
    TND Bond is shown a threatening tool which is not used on him

    YOLT is OOO as Bond uses the tool on the villain.

    Almost there... the setting is correct but OOO not quite.
