FRWL and LALD - Bond checks for bugs in his hotel room.
I can’t for the life of me remember if Bond checks for bugs at Zorin’s chateau in AVTAK but if he does then it’s the OOO as he does it while in the presence of another person (Tibbett).

Yes he does it in AVTAK, too. And the bugs are the Connection I was Looking for. I would have also allowed other explanations (i.e. only in AVTAK it isn't a hotel) but your one is good enough.
    Over to you.

    OMG I’m on fire 😂
Really didn’t expect that one to be the correct answer.
Please give me a few moments to come up with the next round.

The mission briefings all occur with others present with Bond and M. However TSWLM is OOO as the mission briefing guests are from the Russian Secret Service.

GF: Bond and Bond Girl leave an aircraft (parachute).
TSWLM: Bond and Bond Girl leave an aircraft (lowered from Royal Navy helicopter to submarine).

TB: Bond and Bond Girl ascend to an aircraft (Skyhook). The Odd One Out.

In all three movies a Bond girl wants to avenge someone Bond had known. TB OOO because only there revenge is taken.

This head-shaking guy again ... is that you? :--)

In all three movies Bond gets a lot of assistance by the military in the end. GF OOO because it's not the navy.

GF helicopter is shown and used by the villain
TB helicopter is shown and used by Bond
TSWLM helicopter is shown and used by the villain

Therefore TB is OOO has Bond is the one using the helicopter

In all three movies Bond moves a woman between himself and an assassin. GF OOO because she isn't killed.

    GF - PTS
    TB - Fiona
    TSWLM - Egypt
(or TB OOO because she is one of the main villains)

This time I was quite sure I had come across the right solution :--)
The next one, hopefully not a difficult one:

    FRWL
    LALD
    DAD

    Happy guessing

Great job, both of you. All your ideas @marc were smarter than everthing I had in mind.

    For the new round:
Someone is wearing a mask (PTS with Bond mask, Kananga as Mr. Big and Moon as Graves.) DAD could be the ooo because the “mask“ isn't temporary and it is done with complex science (which noone understands).

Correct, over to you right away! Graves' mask isn't for masquerade. New speed record set by @goldenswissroyale?

All 3 film feature an attempt to kill Bond with a deadly animal.
DN is OOO as it’s a tarantula and not a snake like in the other two.

LALD: Baron Samedi, baron. An honorific title.
MR: Sir Hugo Drax, sir indicating knighthood. An honorific title.

DN: Doctor No, a doctor. Professional credential. The Odd One Out!

MR Bond is taken in a Helicopter to the country

MR is OOO has he travels to the country and not the city
MR is OOO has he is transported via a helicopter and not a car

    YOLT
    LALD
    SP

EDIT: In all three movies Bond has his arms fixed to a chair/seat. YOLT OOO because it's not a metal ring but a kind of bracket (or because it's in an airplane).
Or SP OOO because he's chained from the beginning. (not in the others, I think).
