Does the Key West one not get a bit blown up when Sanchez is freed? I can't remember.

All right, it's the right scene, just that there's no explosion as Killifer just drives the vehicle into the water. Congrats, it's about vehicles driving onto large bridges👍 Over to you; SF is the OOO indeed, and your solution was close enough.

Actually I meant SF OOO because when vehicle(s) drive(s) onto a large bridge when something important happens
    - it's a train
    or
    - it's only one person falling into the water

Ah sorry, right you are yes.

Ah okay, got you! Nice one :)

Give me ten mins and I'll think of a new one. Does it have to be three of them?

It can be 4 or 5 as well; don't know whether other numbers are allowed. More probably yes; don't know whether 2 are allowed.

Yes, I had fun with this one :--)

Ooh okay, I have one. It's not a massive Odd One Out, but there is one which is slightly different from the other two. Finding the link is probably more important!

So there's something which happens in these three Bond films and no others.*

    A View To A Kill
    Licence To Kill
    Spectre

    Good luck!

    *unless I missed one :D I don't think I did!

AVTAK: kind of snowboarding instead of skiing, SP: Snow plane instead of skiing.
Ooo is LTK because it is kind of skiing but without skis and without snow (on the water)

We never played with less than 3, but more was played severeal times.

Then both would be the odd one out.

True, but one would be more odd than the other. :--)

Nice thinking, but this is the same thing happening in just these three (Eon) Bond films and in no others. One of them has a slight difference from the other two, but it's the same thing basically, and it doesn't happen in any other Bond film.

I'd say technically something like the cello escape in TLD is another example of skiing without skis :)

A car is driven in the water/sinks in the water in SP and AVTAK. A truck with the villain (or Bond not involved) in LTK. This is why I would say LTK is the ooo. Otherwise it is SP because noone is in the car under water.

EDIT: Forgot about YOLT. Will be wrong then...

Parachutes are featured in all three films. AVTAK is OOO has it's May Day wearing the parachute not Bond.

What about TSWLM MR TLD (all in PTS) 😉
Apparently the common thread only appears in the 3 films mentioned in the riddle.

Some good work here, but not what I'm thinking of; but I would say thedove is marginally warmer with his guess :)

All three movies have unusual expressions shortly before a villain's death:

    AVTAK - Zorin smiling
    LTK - Dario smiling/laughing
    SP - Hinx OOO 'quipping'?

I’m afraid that’s not what I’m after! It does involve Bond.

AVTAK Bond jumps from a bridge to a boat
LTK Bond jumps from a plane to a truck
    SP Bond jumps across rooftops

SP is OOO has the jumping doesn't involve a moving vehicle.

It's good, but I'm pretty sure Bond jumps in quite a lot of the films! :) Remember: it's something he doesn't do in any other film but these three.

Is this how it's always supposed to be played? Or just an additional characteristic of your round?

lol yeah I'm not sure either, I'm hoping not because mine definitely did not follow that rule! This game's too smart for me.

It isn't necessary that the connection is only seen in this three films. But it is nice if it is unique.

I'm afraid I am going to need a small hint or clue. Sorry @mtm but my mind is drawing a blank when it comes to something that only these 3 films have in common.

Well okay but I don't want to give it away too much as I think it'll become obvious... it's maybe quite a visual thing... and as I said, it involves Bond..

Okay... well in two of them it happens in the pre-title sequence...

Bond is wearing a top hat? In AVTAK it's not in the PTS...

OOO perhaps SP because it's black, not grey
(would seem to have been a very tricky round because he wears it only for about one second in the LTK PTS, I think :--) )
    EDIT: very good round indeed

Yes! Hooray you got it. And it is indeed Spectre because it's black rather than grey :)
