So my comment is part clue and part distractor.

    YOLT, TSWLM, TND.

I can share that in one way what I singled out is more personal than most things suggested so far.
And not personal to me, sort of more personal to the item singled out in the film.
So my comment is part clue and part distractor.
    YOLT, TSWLM, TND.

YOLT and TSWLM see two agent/lovers killed (Aki for Bond, Barsov for Triple-X); TND is the odd one out since Bond lost a loved one, yet she wasn't an agent.

Not that. Okay here are a few clues.

Bond gets around. He should mind his Ps and Qs. This item in each of the three films represents OO7 to a T.

But two are different than the other one.

OK.... Bond in YOLT infiltrates Osato Chemicals as a cover, gets caught, and No. 9 (Brandt), is dispatched to kill him; in TSWLM Bond infiltrates Stromberg's place as a marine biologist, Naomi is sent out to kill him-- further to both, the death both of these women plan for Bond is somehow orchestrated via flying objects (a passenger plane in YOLT and a helicopter in TSWLM)...

Not that. It's really something more specific and simple rather than situational.

Here's another one: Death By Helicopter: in YOLT, Little Nellie was stalked and almost shot down, and in TND, Wai Lin and Bond were almost sliced to bits by a chopper.

Odd one out would TSWLM, Naomi was in a helicopter, but I don't remember her having the tools in it to kill Bond.

Oh. There's a piece of the solution in that answer.

Naomi, in a helicopter was assassinated by a rocket launched from Bond's Lotus; the SPECTRE agents stalking Bond from their helicopters in YOLT were assassinated by rocket's launched from his Little Nellie...

Odd one out: TND... no rocket-bombs took out the helicopter trying to maul Bond and Wai Lin????????

You named the key parts, @Peter. I'd express it this way.

    YOLT: Little Nellie.
    TSWLM: Wet Nellie.
    TND: No Nellie.

    So it's over to you.

    That was a tough one, @RichardTheBruce ...

    Okay, here you go:

    DN
    OHMSS
    LALD

All of these are debut films for three different actors, but only DN and LALD features Bond's apartment – so OHMSS is the odd one out?

Very close, but no cigar, I'm afraid...

Both DN & OHMSS feature Bond in M's office,LALD doesn't.

LALD the odd one out ?

    Ok try this one :

DN has Quarrel,LALD has Quarrel Junior...no Quarrel in OHMSS,so this film is the odd one out ?

Very close? Could it be the fact that OHMSS features M's house?

Doubt this is it but what the heck...Felix Leiter appears in DN and LALD but not in OHMSS therefore OHMSS is the odd one out.

LALD and OHMSS features a Mrs. Bond. While DN has no such character, therefore DN is odd one out.

Oh I like that, @thedove , and I feel like an ass for saying no.

You’re right, @Thunderfinger , but sadly incorrect with what I was thinking.

LALD and OHMSS feature Bond taking a train. DN has no train therefore DN is the odd one out.

Damn you're good, but not what I was thinking... mine is far simpler... @Torgeirtrap got the first part right with the this is the first Bond film for each of these actors, but one is left out, because....

I'd think of where the assignment leads them...

Has San Monique something to do with it – as in a fictional country?

Also, come to think of it, both DN and LALD features villains with prosthetic metal hands; Tee Hee's arm in the form of a mechanical pincer.
