    AVTAK the EMP blast and microchips are mentioned in the briefing
    GE an EMP blast is witnessed and one is set to happen in London
    NTTD an EMP is discussed about the nanobots

    GE is OOO has it's the only one with an actual EMP blast!

    Someone is tied down by the villains in all three but in YOLT it's Bond as opposed to the lead girl?

    All three feature villains with deformities. Blofeld's facial scar is the OOO as the two others have their hands affected.

    Miss Taro OOO is secretary to a Bond ally, whereas Helga and Naomi are personal assistants to villains.

    No not what I am going for. Damn didn't realize there were so many connections to these films.

    The OOO does involve a female character. But that's not the reason for the OOO.

    DN - Bond meets the villain with a Bond Girl (Honey).
    YOLT - Bond first meets Blofeld without the Bond Girl (Kissy).
    TSWLM - Bond first meets Stromberg without the Bond Girl in it (Anya).

    So, DN is the OOO? As it's the only Bond film here where there's a Bond Girl involved in the Bond meets the Main villain for the first time scene.

    And here I thought the female clue would help and it seems it's just muddied the waters.

    Clues

    The OOO involves a female character
    The other two involve male characters (different in each film)
    The main villains of the movie aren't directly involved, but Bond figures in all of three!

    Almost there @QBranch so I shall award you for it.

    DN Jones bites down on a cyanide pill within a cigarette
    YOLT Bond uses the rocket cigarette to kill crater guy
    TSWLM Anya uses a doped up cigarette to knock out Bond.

    All films have gadget cigarettes, but only in Spy is it not lethal!

    M - government worker.
    Natalya - government worker.

    Kerim Bey is the OOO.

    I have one particular M in mind that shares something in common with the other two characters.

    It's not about their gender or job title.

    Three characters are doing the same thing.
    One of the characters doesn't finish what they are doing as a result of an interruption.

    Kerim Bey is interupted reading by the female admirer
    M is reading a file with Frost in DAD but keeps reading during the conversation
    Natalya is reading online when the salesperson comes in to check on her, she continues her work.

    Kerim is OOO since his work was left incomplete.

    I will say with due respect, these are exponentially harder when it's characters and in one characters case we aren't given the movie. I searched thru my memory banks for all 25 films.
