Could have phrased it better, Bond was slipped a Mickey. A Mickey Finn is a drug like chloral hydrate slipped into a drink to incapacitate a person.
Clue #1: Bond rarely do this, really, if my memory serves, he only did this in these three films.
Clue 2: This aspect in these three films was actually a contradiction to what Bond really is
TLD he purposely misses the shot on Kara
DAD he doesn't kill anyone when he escapes in Hong Kong
DAD is OOO has it involves multiple people
Clue #3: Bond goes Mission Impossible (think of it).....
TB Bond pretends to be hit by the propeller of the boat
TLD Pushkin is fake assassinated by Bond
DAD Bond is fakes cardiac arrest to escape the medical facility.
TLD is OOO as the fake death is caused and planned by Bond

2. The answer lies on what type of people does Bond worked with.
You're almost right, but since your answer is the closest to the one I'm finding for with a correct OOO, I'm giving you this!
TB is the OOO, because yes, Bond, along with the other 00s didn't get to infiltrate something, unlike in both TLD and DAD.
But my mind is, in both TLD and DAD, Bond gets to work in a team with other 00 agents (Both the PTS had Bond teamed up in a field mission with the other 00 agents), meanwhile in the Thunderball underwater fight scene, he's not with them.
But I know, it would be very hard for you or to anyone to guess it, since yours is the closest, I'm giving it to you, mate!
Explaining the clues here:
Clue #1: Bond rarely do this, really, if my memory serves, he only did this in these three films.
It rarely does! He rarely worked with a team of 00 agents (and only in this film, where he'd worked with them in Gibraltar and in North Korea)! Maybe Goldeneye count as he worked with 006? But again, not as a team.
Clue 2: This aspect in these three films was actually a contradiction to what Bond really is
Yes, he's a loner, he preferred to work in some missions alone, then to have him in a teamwork was really a contradiction to what Bond really is: a Lone agent.
Clue #3: Bond goes Mission Impossible (think of it).....
As a team, Ethan Hunt used to work in a team or with a team.
Clue #4: The answer is in the PTS!
Yes, both TLD and DAD where this happened, Bond worked in a team with other 00s in the PTS.

MR: Bond kills Drax with the dart gun
TLD: Bond kills Whitaker with the key fob
DAF is OOO because Bond doesn't kill a villain with any of his gadgets
Well, he kills a fake Blofeld with the repelling climbing gun thing. You're very much on the right track though. The gadgets you named from TLD and MR are both relevant.
That's not it, but I'll go with that anyway!
These movies all have gadgets used more than once (which is fairly unusual), but in LALD, it's not used to kill anyone.
But your answer works well enough for me.
