music of Everything or Nothing? NOT THE GAME!

I watched the James Bond documentary Everything or Nothing, and I freaking loved it. I also liked the music. A lot of it was recognizable through watching the Bond movies, but some of it sounded as if it were its own music, or perhaps from the Bond movies, but not very recognizable. I sat through the credits and they didnt give the full list of music, but rather the ones that are the most recognizable. Does anybody have any idea what a complete soundtrack for this thing is. More specifically, the music used when Ian Fleming pulls himself together and writes Casino Royale ("and then he flew..."). The music sounds very Bondian, but I didnt recognize it. Any suggestions? Thanks a lot guys.
