Strange one this. Found it on the Den of Geek website which is usually quite reliable.

Delays may mean that Javier Bardem is now available. Ralph Fiennes is one that is pretty much confirmed, but Naomie Harris in negotiations to play Moneypenny is either a very bold move or someone has misquoted somewhere. She's a little too A list for the role of Moneypenny, surely, unless this is the last Craig and they go and re-boot again.
Full text in the link is below, but thought I'd share.
" Here's what we already knew about the twenty-third James Bond movie. Firstly, it's running very late, having been held up by the problems with MGM's bank balance, making the financing of the film an issue. Said financial issues have been sufficiently resolved to allow production to continue, but the film won't start shooting until later this year, when the original plan was to have it finished for the winter.
Still, we do know that the new film is due in cinemas on November 9th 2012, and we do know that director Sam Mendes is locked in to direct Daniel Craig. We also know that Javier Bardem is playing the villain, and that Judi Dench is returning as M.
According to the Daily Mail, there are a couple of new pieces of casting to talk about, too. Firstly, Ralph Fiennes, fresh from terrorising Harry Potter, has been added to the cast. And secondly, 28 Days Later's Naomie Harris is also in negotiations. She's set to play Moneypenny in the new movie. The introduction of Moneypenny does hint that this Bond may be slightly closer in tone to the 007 outings of old. At the very least, Daniel Craig's Bond is at least becoming a little bit more of the establishment"
