Please ignore Craig if he still insists on wearing suits 2 sizes too small.

Earlier in the decade, he went through a stage where everything he wore was tight. This was reflected in the suits in SF and SP. I think he is past that, now, if his personal wardrobe choices are any indication. Age has caught up to him. I don't expect him to be in the same kind of shape he'd been in before. He won't be "out of shape," but anyone expecting the same physique, at age 51, with a young child, is kidding himself or herself. And I don't think DC himself expects it, either.

Tailoring aside, Craig will be in top shape, equal to his previous films . Take this to the bank.

    I hope you’re right!

I've no doubt about his physicality, but let's see what kind of measurements his suits will be taking this time around. One could hope we don't get the embarrassment that Craig was fitted with in the duration of his last two films.

That said, I also did notice TripAces' claim about Craig not outfitting himself with tight clothes. His suit as seen on the Knives Out set photos showed normally measured trousers and a jacket when Craig was in a suit.

According to Al Fajr, Egyptian actor Mohamed Karim has apparently auditioned for a villain role in Egypt:

Looks like they may be going Middle Eastern this time around.

Why won't they finally go for a female main villain? It's insane that after 24 movies, the Bond franchise still hasn't had a female main villain! (NO, Elektra King, does not count! Renard was the main villain of TWINE.)

It's a rarity, but we do agree again.

A female villain is definitely one that the Bond films need. They already brought a female villain without any specific henchmen in the 2017 graphic novel Hammerhead, so why not put one in film?

Andrew Noakes was among the UK film execs who toured potential filming locations in Abu Dhabi back in 2016.

  • If Boyle had the balls, he would hold a rogue press conference at the same time as EON's press conference to answer questions about his Bond 25 experience. :))

He probably signed a non-disclosure agreement.

Wasn't Rosa Klebb the main villain of FRWL?

I read in the article they may be looking at filming in Luxor or Asqan Egypt. Both have the expected look of filming in Egypt without including the Three Pyramids or Sphinx

Just thought I'd post my findings, @jake24.

It's a story (dated 17 September) translated from 'hollywood.com' (see links below), which copy-pasted the news directly from the 'WENN' blogsite. And I think quite a bit is lost in translation from the article you posted. Karim wants to be in a Bond film and have Egypt appear in the film. That's all there is to the story, assuming he even gave that comment, that is. For all we know 'WENN' might have fabricated the interview.

Wow Egypt would look amazing in a bond film as we've seen in the spy who loved me, Also I guess this actor will be playing the henchman.

Probably a habit I should start engaging in as well. Any news or rumours you have been hearing?

Nothing outside of the ordinary. And news that's (relatively) credible I'd have already shared anyways.

We don’t really have many middle eastern villains in the Bond series, so it’s a welcome addition to me. I would also like a female villain again.

Yes, agreed. I'd say that Rosa Klebb was most definitely the main villain in FRWL as well.

Personally, I'm not opposed to a female villain, so long as they don't try and glam her up or cast an overly attractive woman in the role. If one is too look at the real female crime kingpins, the majority were all very unattractive ladies who were mostly involved in drug trafficking or racketeering. Not sure that's the seedy territory Bond should be involved in. Let's be honest, female villains don't tend to work very well in movies.

The thought that very few female villains have appeared in a Bond film certainly doesn't keep me awake at night, like it does our resident Nolan fanbot curmudgeon.

With Witt appointed now and with the exception of who will be scoring the film? Is their any other major behind the camera roles to fill? Just thinking and really hoping we might get some location details and other actor appointments ideally before Christmas day if you ask me.

FWIW, leaks about casting for Bond 24 (Spectre) started to appear about 2 months prior to the photo call in December, 2014. Soon, we'll be at that point for Bond 25. Let's get excited, folks!

Is that blue? What is it with the new all blue seamaster and the blue DB11? Even Fukunaga almost always dresses in blue ;) - just kidding with that last one.

Well we do know Aston Martin will be collaborating on B25 so the DB11 could be a possibility.
