Plus, why would you cast someone whose so close to Craig's own age that it would cause arguments to why you got rid of Craig in the first place. When you hire someone for Bond, you want them to have a good long run. Craig has been Bond for over 10 years for gods sake, why would you want Elba for maybe one or two films before he's considered "too old".
It's actually equally as irritating, IMO.
A Whisper of Fate, maybe?
That's nothing. The Mission: Impossible films have had seven "M" titles in a row. Seven!
There’s no way in hell that Christopher Nolan and Emma Thomas would ever take over as producers of the series. I also know that the Broccoli family isn’t going to sell the franchise, nor should they. But then again, if anything remotely negative happens, you’ll be the first to blame Barbara Broccoli, no matter what she had to do with it.
Also, you'd find something to criticize about it and them anyway.
I think it all depends on the character, on who the villain is supposed to be. Malek would be a Dominic Greene type: slimy.
In my opinion, I don't think Shatterhand is the working title. It's probably just some fake news some heard after Spectre, and thought that the title for the next film would be Shatterhand. Let's be honest, most users on here suggested Shatterhand as a title before Spectre even came out so I doubt this news very much.
You're correct. Working titles rarely are the film's title.
To be honest, even if they went with SH (they aren't), they were probably still massaging title names down until very recently (and the title will reflect the final draft of all of the re-writes that happened after this production listing of SH)
There is a title by now. But even then, a tweak can happen between now and March (a poor example, but From A View To A Kill became AVTAK and Licence Revoked became LTK)....
Grant was built up in the shadows. He was always lingering and moving forward to destroy 007.
Odd Job was pushed onto Bond via Goldfinger.
Hinx is not classic. He's below Jaws-- and Jaws ain't my fave.
It is.
Well, you do seem to appreciate repetition, so I oblige ;)
Didn't know you were a non-native English speaker. See? That was a compliment ;)
He can also play a sociopath really well.
If Mendes was coming back, he'd probably find a way to make it happen.
And I agree with this statement 100%
Vice does a good job illustrating how a very few people can influence millions of lives for better & worse.
Its high time Craigs Bond dealt with a villian or plot that risks millions of lives, where you can feel the danger. This is what made CR good & edgy,
The only threats of the last three films were a water shortage, an ex 00 trying to kill M and MI6 officials, and Oberhauser spying on everyone with communications control.
But how do we know for sure?
Don’t often agree with PanchitoPistoles, but in this case + 1. My anticipation for bond 25 isstill high, but it would sharply decline if this happened.
