Truth be told the last few years were like getting a bloodstone but now we have to keep a Goldeneye on every bit of news... (referencing both games that came out in 2010)

I have to say that I always look forward to seeing what your next reference will be.

Does this mean I have Carte Blanche to do more each page;)

I think Craig will look great in Bond 25 I don’t get what the worry is all about

Likewise in these pics from the Green Book screening:

This is perfect hair length for Craig. Hope they don't go for a shorter haircut!

    Craig & Viggo.

I would rather Viggo going up against Craig's Bond than Malek, Malek is getting cast if he does because he's one of the hottest actors around.

I've not seen him in anything but I think it stinks of trying to cast the flavour of the month.

Whereas Viggo would have no problem being menacing and charming.

Those 2, the chemistry between them would be great.

Not to be picky but he's got a bit of a gut hanging and doesn't look as muscular as before. theres something weird about this production like as if DC won't be doing much action , won't be the main center character, or it'll just be 1 hr & 45 minutes ala QOS
The only Thing hanging is his Sweater. I have no idea how one could identify a hanging gut on that Foto.

I just re-watched the CR, and the shower scene.. wow... what a delight. One strong scene and it completely catapults Bond & the "Bond girl" relationship on a whole new level (which was missing in Spectre with Madeleine). I'm personally hoping to see this kind of moment for a final DC Bond outing (alongside awesome action scenes - hoping for an underwater scene (!!!))- multiple layers and depth to play with for a great actor of his caliber. And not necessarily with Madeleine. A scene like this shows masculinity at its max ... very Bond'esque in a modern sense.
Now that you Mention it, I can only agree. That Kind of emotional relation could have been straight from Fleming, and no Bond film since came anywhere near.

I hope that we get to see Bond play chemin de fer in a future film.
While smoking a cigarette with a glass of dry martini next to his gunmetal case.
It would be brilliant if Bond’s first introduction to the villain in B25 would be in a game of chemin de fer. Similar to the scene in Thunderball where Bond meets Largo.
Wasn't he also playing chemin de fer in his introduction scene in Dr. No?
Bond plays chemin de fer numerous times in the films, most recently in GoldenEye, I believe.
Thought so. Same type of baccarat.
There’s something so very Bondian about him playing the game.
Agreed. It may be a very simple game to some, but I'd rather watch Bond elegantly dominate the entire table with his suave and sophisticated demeanor than get stuck at a blackjack table.

    Blow up your pants.

The tabloids are picking up on Craig’s change of appearance. Apparently, he is on a ‘Bond regime’ to get fit for the next film:
    https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/daniel-craig-skips-booze-rich-13835084.amp

Which he really should. I mean, it’s his last movie as 007 and will instantly become part of cinema history - watched for decades to come. He owes it to the part.

However, I did see him having a beer at the Globes......

I’m kidding, he still looks great. I always thought he looked the most Bondian in SP in fact.

    spectre.jpg

What I remember about his fitness routine, from before, is that he is on a strict diet M-F. He hits the gym and does circuit training for about 2 hours each day. But his weekends are "off." Not sure how much of that is still true.

TO THE MODS: Sorry for my political comment before - I know it is not the place for such a statement and I will refrain from doing it.

Anyway...here is a better photo of Craig with Viggo from last night.

I don't know why, but I always thought of Viggo as a much taller fellow.

Daniel looks very healthy. He actually pulls off the smart-casual looks incredibly well.

Never a doubt in my mind. The guy is a physical force. On his off time/down time I think he’s all in with booze and food; when it’s James Bond he’s all in and wants to be a participant. I think in the last film with a torn miniscus he was more of a by stander in the physical department. For a person who likes to be involved and present it didn’t suit him, nor his performance.

FWIW, some actor called José A. Fernandez is listed here (https://pro.imdb.com/title/tt2382320/) as a henchman in the film.

I'm from the Dominican Republic, sincerely I don't know his work nor did I know him either. I have made some contacts to try to communicate with him. So far I only know that he lives in the US in Atlanta City. When I have some new information about him I will let you know.

I wouldn't go that far, but he sure looks good for a man his age. I daresay he looks in better shape than Brosnan did at his age.

That's all true, but as far as health goes it was more the fact that he is, or at least was, a heavy smoker that might have had an impact. I wonder if he may have quit recently. Nevertheless, he looks great.

Brosnan is arguably in better shape now than he was when he was shooting DAD.

Im sure Brozza saw the Die another Day script, and the consequent depression made him let himself go.

I heard he smoked pre-CR and gave it up when the trainers told him to. Through the years since he’s been known as a social smoker.

However PB was a cigarette smoker through his tenure as 007.

Didn't really think about it when @Pierce2Daniel posted that last picture with Mortensen and Craig, but looking at it again – who would have thought Mortensen is ten years older than Craig? I mean, Craig looks in good shape – no doubt about that, but Mortensen doesn't look much older than our current Bond, IMO!

Age just doesn't work that way, I know people over ten years younger than me who apparently look the same age as me, and we apparently look about five years younger than I actually am.
