With you. Bloody awful.

Speaking of Felix Leiter...

A possible scheduling conflict for Jeffery Wright not to come back? That would be a shame.
+2
I believe that also happened before Boyle’s departure.
Probably so. I’m all for getting Wright’s Felix back for Bond 25, but it won’t have to make or break the excitement. It would be nice though.
While I agree Seydoux is the better actress, her filmography doesn't prove it. Plenty of bang average actors have been in great films. All it means is they have good agents.
Did you not read the bolded part of my initial post...?
"When they cast obscure talented actors or established name actors who are consistently good performers over their careersthat's when the overall product turns out to be better."
Disagree. Bardem bought a much needed sense of flamboyance and mischief. The blonde hair was odd at first, but it was perfectly offset by his performance and he cemented his position in the Bond villains hall-of-fame. More of this!
Arguably, Mendes' casts were not A-list Hollywood stars - he went with very prestige casts for both his films. They were quality talent that is world renown. Not necessarily 'stars'.
In other news, Fukunaga was at a BAFTA party last night and so was Rami Malek
Could be a Mission Impossible dynamic with Cavill and Sean Harris.
I love the resemblance between them.
Oh God I hope not. 1. Hated fallout 2. A plot revolving around blofeld’s escape = necessarily bad. I’m not ready to jump on the cynicism bandwagon just yet (unlike some others), but if eon announces a closer connection to spectre, I may have no choice. I may still be suprised, and would of course give the film a chance, but my expectations would plummet, as I simply can’t imagine a good plot closely connected to spectre. I wanted daniel craig to return, being the best bond since connery, and needing an excellent sendoff, but I did not know it would mean a film closely connected to spectre. Also, it seems that the people who were initially cynical about bond 25 are now optimistic, and vice versa.
I quite enjoyed MI: Fallout for what it was, but if Bond 25 bares any resemblance to it I'll be monumentally pissed off because after Skyfall's constant comparisons to The Dark Knight, it's the last thing I wanna see. Although, I do trust Fukunaga and his original directorial voice so I don't think we'll get this, but they've been warned.
It may very well be an action thriller, but it won’t imitate Fallout. But, if it does, it better be more original and take the mantle back in setting the standards.
