I still think Waltz and Wright are in even if it's a single scene. They didn't bring back Blofeld and Spectre for one movie only.
I agree. It's all we need and want. Just a 100% announcement.
Not to mention, he didn't speak kindly of of his Bond time, like Waltz.
Spoiler tag please
Pure speculation my friend.
Or less, maybe a few days from today. IF the Norwegian shoot indeed begins next Monday, maybe we'll have a Press Conference on friday. Remember when @Lizo said a few pages back that EON/SONY send the invitation to the London journalists two days from the official annoucement? Again, I haven`t heard anything, but it could be friday.
I don't know. Like I said, pure speculation of my part. And I quote @Lizo here...
There not filming till April 5th apparently, so we should get press conference on the monday or tuesday.
That's when Ben Whislaw begins filming at least.
I personally wouldn't mind Eon take another year or two off just to get their title priorities straight.
First - EON not letting directors have too much control... I don't see as how much of a shock this is.. This was essentially standard operating procedure for 40 some odd years.. Only recently with Forster, Mendes and Boyle did they relinquish a little bit of their creative control to the directors.. Now, a Director always has ultimate control over his film - but over the years I was under the assumption that most directors brought on board were just another cog in the machine - a cog aligned with the desires of what EON and their writers want to do... Now they've let Directors bring in their own writing staff to do whatever they see fit (under their watchful eye)... But that can be a double edged sword... I feel like EON's job should be to ensure that certain things are done - and certain things are not done (in the context of the story).. I think giving directors free reign sets yourself up for possible disaster and confusion (just look at gadget DB5 from GF in SF as a small example of that - bc EON didn't put their foot down on how that car makes no sense in the rebooted timeline)... EON should operate a lot like how Marvel handles their films.. Bring people in who will execute what they want to do - not directors who simply want to rebuild the 007 sandbox with each new film...
No more delays!!
@jake24 I agree all I want is cast where they are shooting plot synopsis and title graphic and that's it that will hold me till the first trailer
No.. Just some psycho who said he would be fine waiting another year or 2 for the next Bond movie lol. ;)
=))
@JamesBondKenya that would be a nice tie in
