Ahhh, I love the sound of that.
FUKANAGA'S BOND 25.
"Barbara Broccoli's Bond."
1) Can you define that?
2) Can you show examples of Barbara Broccoli's Bond?
"the only person who can save Bond 25"
1) Why does Bond 25 need saving? What sort of peril is Bond 25 in?
2) Why are all other people attached to this project not equally capable of "saving" (whatever that means in this context) Bond 25?
Silva wasn't THAT narcassistic.
Bond 25 needs saving because it seems the production is a mess and they have no idea what to do with Craig's final Bond film. Fukunaga is the only one who can save the film because he is the only one working on Bond 25 who can both stand up to Barbara and is a capable filmmaker.
Wasn't she the one who both hired and then alienated the previous director? Her mistake was either hiring Boyle without knowing what exactly he wanted to do with Bond 25, or her mistake was alienating him after he was hired.
I wouldn't take the words too literally, Major.
It's only one film and it was over 30 years ago, however...with The Living Daylights, the first and second units did work on Gilbraltar. The press conference in Vienna came a few days later. (Source: Inside The Living Daylights documentary).
Im sure the disagreement with the script wasn't intended. It's something they both probebly didnt see coming until later on. I dont know really what to make of it. I just feel Barbra plays a key role in the bond films and what makes the films successful and still remain bondian. I am actually worried about the first american director to come on board. I know he's got some great work behind his belt, but I dont know much about him. He seems a peculiar choice to me, but I still feel Barbra and the other bond producers need to make most of the decisions.
That's exactly what Im thinking too.
You know what guys, I actually think the press conference is going to happen next week. this coming Friday maybe.
That would be nice. If it is that soon, though I 'll be a bit worried that the latest rumored title is indeed true.
I hope you’re right, but I just don’t see the press conference landing any time soon.
He cast some unknown actors to play Russian villains and the plot was about hacking an election and Bond dying..
Basically a we hate Donald trump film.
That’s the dumbest thing I have ever heard of. Being an American and hearing about Russia 365 days a year for two years straight is annoying and to think they’d make a Bond movie out of it???
Thank god they got rid of him.
Danny Boyle is a B movie director at best. The director we have now is a Netflix guy also.
We heard rumors of Spielberg directing WTF happened???
Daniel Craig who has made them over a billion dollars is doing a final Bond film and we will likely not get another one for 5+ years after next year and they have ZERO marketing for this film no “Daniel Craig’s last outing!”
All they can talk about is “Will Bond be black or a woman next??”
The world has gone to shit guys.
They should’ve gotten a WAY better Director this whole project is way over his head.
That’s like taking a manager at Walmart and making him the CEO, how do you think that would work out?
I am actually really disappointed in EON! Daniel looks bored in the past two films and I can see why.
This isn’t an episode of MI5 this is James Bond.....
The film goes into proper production on April 5th though, so we MUST be having an announcement next month at the latest. They wont leave it any longer as it's a tradition to have the press conference Even if it's like QoS, we will still know what its called in April no doubt.
There’s no press conference and no title announcement until the summer. We get a teaser trailer in the summer and that’s the title announcement + with footage.
Movie comes out next Spring so we should definitely get a teaser trailer and teaser poster this summer then the full trailer in what October/November?
Just think, April and May we will have set photos Of Craig, his outfit, car, the villains + henchman etc..
It’ll be here before we know it.
Title will most likely leak before the press conference anyways.
