Oh I think it was the script and direction. Waltz is capable of being the best Blofeld of the series, and I was very enthusiastic about his casting, but that opportunity is lost in my view. Best to ignore plotlines from sp as much as possible.

    yes i do agree

Waltz should not return. Worst Blofeld of the official series, worse than Gray.

At best, a cameo appearance is a (anything is possible) maybe/long shot.

Right now Waltz is finishing up a project he starred and directed called : GEORGETOWN; (EDIT: IT WAS SHOT IN TORONTO A COUPLE YEARS AGO, BUT I BELIEVE IT IS TO BE RELEASED LATE NEXT MONTH-- GREAT CAST IN IT)

He also has written, wants to direct and star in his next project: UP, UP AND AWAY (BASED ON A NOVEL).

Plus: what's been heard is he didn't impress EoN with his "professionalism"

Eh that's taking it a bit too far, I think nobody can ever come to being the worst blofeld like Charles Gray.

I can’t believe we are talking about Waltz again. He isn’t returning. Let it go!

Bond resigns from active duty. He's living the life of a retired agent, currently on his honeymoon with Madeline in Norway. When Madaline is murdered, bond goes back into service to hunt down the killer and find out who is behind the murder.

Let's see how correct I end up when bond 25 is released. ;)

Bond throws his gun on the floor and walks away towards end of spectre, as well as driving off with Madeline. I think bond 25 will be something like the top part to a degree

Well, let's hope we all wake up to some little tidbits about the shoot in Norway. They're an hour ahead of us here in the UK so fingers crossed we'll get something before I have to go to work tomorrow afternoon :D

Do you think those Norway press guys will find a way to film it secretly. ?

It better not be. Someone on reddit in 2017 had said this is what P&W story draft was. Ugh I hope not

I'd imagine not to be honest. I would think security will be even tighter than it has been the last month or so, but we'll see. Back when the pre-title sequence for Skyfall was being filmed, some guys still managed to get a couple of shots of the train sequence.

I doubt it very much, it wouldn't make sense considering...

With regards to the Norway shoot,
I thought we'd established that the two late-model cars (the Tesla and Range Rover) were being prepped for filming. (Wasn't there a shot of them being sprayed with fake snow, or similar?) If so, that for me would pretty clearly indicate that at least some of what's being filmed in Norway is meant to be present-day. (Unless EON is far more crafty than we thought and is now purposely laying decoys?)

Yes, my point exactly. It's not a flashback. So lets elaborate from there. Is it confirmed that the
    young girl
    will be there?

From what I've read, only in the documents referred to in the Norwegian news articles.
A young girl being in danger would tie into Mr. White's disgust with Spectre in SP.

potentially Sévérine's background with the Macau sex trade,
if I can be so bold. Actually pretty timeline stuff, that.

If it’s madeline dies Bond gets revenge....yawn. If it’s bond marries Madeline at the end and they live happily ever after.... yawn as well. I think the main debate over the script is the ending. Maybe maleks character is a shadow villian the whole film. At the end Bond confronts him and says the infamous bond phrase akin to the cr ending

    Cast confirmation please.

I want to know who's playing the MI6 agent and who's playing the accomplice.

Could EON really dare to make the announcement a 1st april? I mean it's been four years that Bond fans wait and wait to read/see official and reliable news ; but if they do that the 1st it's will be a disaster cause it's the april fool day. You can't trust anything that is said an april fool day... (Even if it's can arrange them since at least 60% of the prior thing that have been officialy announced for B25 - Dates, Boyle - proved themselves inaccurate with the time ; so april fool could be an excuse if the next thing annonced proved themselves inaccurate too, but it would be lame).

Looks like another fabricated concoction from the Daily Mail. Why would Broccoli be auditioning Sam Heughan for B26 when all their focus is still on B25?

The Bond #7 actor offer is as true as the Tom Hiddleston/Aidan Turner rumours that went about in May 2016. As fabricated as they come.

@ClarkDevlin If he was offered the role do you see Sam Heughan as Bond

I see where the original quote comes from @007Blofeld. Sam Heughan waa asked on some chat show called Kelly and Ryan about Bond and he answered that he did audition at the time of CR when the producers were thinking of going young. That would’ve been when Henry Cavill also auditioned but eventually lost out to Craig. It’s an old story.
