I'm so excited. Even with the murkiness around what to expect next.

I've found myself watching the Daniel Craig-era trailers again recently. Remembering the times and places I saw them each for the first time, and the feelings of anticipation and excitement that came with them all.

And I'm also realizing we've been doing this, with Dan, for nearly fifteen years. We're so lucky that we're getting another one from him. I'm incredibly grateful for the fact that we get to do this one more time.

@AgentM72 you've summed it up perfectly.
Daniel is a brilliant Bond and I'm so glad we get another film with him

OK, would somebody please PM me ... not on here, I am mostly avoiding this thread ... to let me know if I can safely look at PAGE 1. Page 1 is supposed to have the list of actual news or strong rumors.

But when I looked over a week ago it had what for me is spoilers. I do NOT want to know what particular kind of scene (chase scene, intruder scene, whatever!) is being filmed. Just filming in Norway, filming in Italy is fine. Malek confirmed is fine.

Please somebody tell me if that is corrected yet on Page 1 or if I need to avoid that, too.
Which would be too bad. Thanks! :)

New article from VG. Nothing interesting in this one really, just some writing about the secrecy around the Nittedal sequence, and that the producers/Truenorth are trying to keep any new information from reaching the public.

That last image confirms that the film is indeed Bond 25, instead of something else. Good to see, despite it not revealing anything else.

Good! Luckily it looks like there's more to the sequence than what you can guess from that little potential spoiler. :-)

Over a dozen pages ago I asked was it conceivable that B25 would not get its traditional press conference before the first day of shooting. Now I ask is it possible that the press conference might be held over until they begin shooting at Pinewood, after the Norwegian shoot is over? Meantime the production will proceed quietly and go about its business until they feel ready to make that big announcement. Either way I’m not that bothered. So long as they’re actually making the movie, I’m quite happy about this clandestine operation.

That would interesting if they shot the whole movie then had the press conference

I don’t think they’d have the press conference after the production was totally complete @007Blofeld. My thinking is before they return to Pinewood for interior and set shots. However I don’t know when that is. Does anyone have the actual dates for when they’re scheduled to begin shooting at Pinewood?

Well people believe it's the 5th. I think @Pierce2Daniel heard something about either the 4th or the 5th, and there was something floating around about Ben Whishaw saying shooting begins on the 5th so all this talk about the 1st April could be true.

If it was me I'd have it on the 1st, and then reveal Shatterhand as the title as a big "APRIL FOOLS", then reveal (Insert Better Bond Title Here) as the real title :)

I'm actually going to Pinewood Studios tomorrow, quite excited, I've never been before.

Thank you @Denbigh for your reply. I was just wondering whether they’d simply move to their next location shoot after Norway - wherever that might be - before heading to Pinewood. I believe the duration of the Norwegian shoot is meant to be 2 weeks. If it’s true that Craig is currently in another country (I’ll omit the name for fear of it being considered a spoiler) then it could suggest that they could be jumping from one location to the next before heading back to the U.K. That could rule out an April 1st press conference.

No one has exceeded Campbell in bond since Gilbert.
He has created two perfect James Bond films. They're both two of the hardest films to criticise.

Agreed. And beyond Bond, Campbell is also my favourite film director of all time! I loved everything he did: Zorro, No Escape, The Foreigner, Edge of Darkness, Criminal Law...

Great. I hope you can uncover something @Denbigh.

I’ve only ever been to Elstree Studios, but that was many moons ago. Mid-Eighties in fact. I went on quite a few sets when I was there. I hope you get the same opportunity as I did.

I'll defend Campbell here and say that Green Lantern wasn't his fault outside of the casting of Hector Hammond. Film had good concepts, just a very very poor script

    +1

Totally! I'd take Green Lantern over -let's say- Atomic Blonde.

(sorry for the off topic debate)

Fair enough. It is a guilty pleasure for me, actually. I hope the press conference is within the next week.

I like it's referred to as B25. Makes me wondering if this is a DAD situation where production has commenced and Eon haven't settled on a title yet?

QoS, as well. Filming started and they settled on a title only a few days before the press conference that occurred in January 2008. The clapper for the film had “B22” written on it all the time.

True. I always wondered if the Quantum organization was shoehorned in at the last minute so the title would make sense within the plot.
