Looks like it could be! He's been pictured wearing scarfs before. Probably for practical reasons this time though! :

Some interesting stuff. There's a reporter on skis, going into the area of filming in Nittedal/Hakadal. throughout the clip we learn a few things.
First thing of interest she mentions (or suggests), is that there will 6 mins of film from/shot in Norway (or TV time as she says), but she doesn’t elaborate on how she learned this. All she says is: "That’s big news! Only by hiking in Hakadal."
She then meets a security guard (sitting in the snow eating), asking him if they’ll be here all week. He replies:"At least another week, maybe."
She mentions this again straight afterwards - that "they might spend two weeks, not one!". The following subtitle adds "(take it with a pinch of salt)".
Then there’s a cut to the reporter looking through binoculars: "That’s Daniel Craig. He stands there wearing a suit!"
"Or…"
His stunt double?
After looking closely pausing the video and replaying, I believe this is a stunt double for daniel. So thats a great bit of confirmation that Daniel will be in Norway filming.
He is also wearing a smartly dressed suit and tie too, so it has to be bond in norway on this shoot, but I wonder when daniel himself will be there.
No,i think its a security guard for the crew and the site only.

Hahaha. I thought the same thing. Looks to me that the sunlight is bounching off causing this effect. BOND 25 is called SHAVEFALL hahaha

I think he looked best in casino royale. does anyone else agree that air cut suited him best. didnt like the skyfall shave look. but i suppose thats a bit wired and picky as a bond fan to say how you like his hair. haha. just saying, suited him best in casino royale.
You have a point though, doe look like him, but maybe its the angle but is shape of his head at top doesnt look right ,but its the sunlight i think and angles.
One thing is for sure here though, with the dressed up suit. This is certainly without a doubt bond in norway, double or not. Wait a minute, shouldnt this stuff be in a spoiler tag, like my original photo ?

But with regards Norway, I don't yet believe Daniel is there. I think we have another Skyfall Shanghai situation on our hands, and that's if Bond features in the sequence at all.
Unless it's an elaborate or dangerous action scene, it'd be highly unusual for 2nd Unit to take over 1st Unit duties.
No way, looks too much like daniel. Regardless of the suite, this is bond or a double for bond. Im still trying to figure out why he is in a suite in norway. It will make scene another time.
why would a security guard wear a tie and suite in norway aswell, that doesnt make sence either. You would at least be wrapped up in those cold environments. No this is certainly bond or a double.
My theory to why bond would been wearing a suite in Norway.
He could have just been to a restraunt of some sort, which could be taking place at another location like at pinewood. ? He could be getting married in norway, if they are going with the OHMSS rumoured stuff ? Anyone else have any ideas why he would be wearing this in this location if it his him?
As for the haircut, it may be the lighting. Although I think his side's will be shorter in this one, even on the dimly lit side of his face it appears much shorter than the top of his hair.
Yeah, it looks like someone made up to look like Craig. The forehead gives it away for me.
However, it could just be the way he's standing and the loss of quality from zooming in.
The guy looks like more like Kenneth Branagh than Daniel Craig haha :D
I screenshot this video but when he turns you can see all his hair at the sides, so not to worry. it's just the sunlight bouncing off which gives this effect. I agree though with the forhead and ear. looks like him, but the suite gives it away for me. you wouldnt wear a suite like that in those conditions unless you bond .

I quite agree. It just doesn't make sense for Cary to just work for two days and leave a whole week of working on what would appear to be an elaborate and significant scene to the second unit who'd pretty much work on the crust of the cake rather than handling the artistic vision of the absent director.
