Not gonna lie, it got a lot of stick here, but it’s bad ass.

Well, Léa has that effect on men.

Bond’s casual wear has never been better than in Quantum of Solace. @DoctorNo disproved his own point I think, bonds appearance should be defined by character, and the stubble is highly appropriate, for this reason, in certain contexts. Worked brilliantly in Skyfall and paved the way for the wonderful shaving moment and the rejuvenation of Bond.
People were saying Craig looked cool that’s different than in context to story. Yes it was story driven and needed for SF. Though I hate the shaving scene and also think the character Craig is playing is JB in name only in SF. But I don’t think we’re going to see it again, so moving on...

To this day, I still wonder if that's supposed to be the joke. I don't like admitting that I genuinely can't tell. Is it that he's James Bond, he's so tough, that he can just go through that torture and still dominate all the anonymous henchmen?

The way it's shot and cut, particularly when he takes out the last thug from a distance, is certainly played for laughs. But the intensity and scoring sort of play it straight.

Curious scene. Much as I love it.

I'm sure Cary's going to bring something very inventive to the action sequences in Bond 25. Perhaps not even just the expected "long single take" either, though that would be splendid depending on the circumstances.

Good pics, i also like most of the casual looks in CR, those are the ones i copy the most. Especially the black jacket + grey shirt one.

In other news, Lea Seydoux has joined the latest Louis Vuitton campaign. She's looking terrific, I'm a fan of the longer brown hair

Meanwhile, Rami Malek is in New York filming for his show:

Also, Jodie Comer is apparently the frontrunner for the lead. This is likely just because Killing Eve is back for its second series this weekend

If her character is anything like her Killing Eve counterpart, I’d be sold on the idea of Jodie Comer’s casting!

    As a femme fatale then?
I've never seen her work, but i checked a couple trailers for Killing eve, and i could see her being a great femme fatale.

@Pierce2Daniel Is Jodie Comer actually the frontrunner for EON and fukunaga or just the bookies favorite?

I thought that Daisy Ridley was going to be the young agent that Bond mentors. I wouldn't be opposed to it. It seems like her schedule is almost clear as well.

If Jodie Comer is cast it would have to be as his pupil or a femme fatale -- she's way too young for Craig.

She certainly looks like she can pull off a deadly woman, though. Haven't seen Killing Eve.

Jodie Comer is just about to shoot her first hollywood movie with Ryan Reynolds, so this rumor is BS.

I agree your Bond looks @Resurrection. Those are classic, yet modern. They truly fit for CR. As for Daisy Ridley, I would also take her over Emma Stone or Dakota Johnson. My opinion is funny, in the sense that I'm American. But Daisy Ridley strikes me as being fun.

My issue with this was the loose fit flair jeans, with desert boots. That doesn’t work for me—I preferred the slimmer cream jeans. The hem in the flair jeans was all wrong, too, which can be seen when Bond hides behind a car at the hotel.

I'd love for Jodie Comer to be a Bond girl, she's one of the best things about Killing Eve, but I very doubt she'll be cast. Maybe wait until the new 007 is cast for her to appear in the franchise :)

I would not judge her on that picture alone. I am at Episode 3 of Killing Eve now and i love her. She is deliciously evil and psychotic but also very playful and seductive, and in some of the disguises and wigs she is wearing, she looks like Izabella Scorupco's younger sister.

I would really like to see her in a future Bond film, but it won't be B25.

Why do you say that @00Agent ? What if this MI6 agent isn't a love interest for bond but more of an daughter and protege to bond? Not trying to defend cashleypersia's inane rumors but the protege paternal idea could be possible.

Because as i mentioned earlier, she will star in a new movie with Ryan Reynolds that is just about to start shooting (April), so it's not gonna happen. Also i don't believe those "protege" rumours to this day.

I reeeeaaaally hope so. It's the crappiest of plots, IMO. That added to the "Maddie is back" and it's all a SP follow up disappointment would frankly prove to be too much.

Honestly I don't get what's so great about that outfit. The top is great, but he's just wearing slim jeans and ugly shoes. IMHO even the best jeans don't look as good as other pants.
