Lol ..yeah hopefully none of that will ever happen.... except the snow part.
We're lucky to have snow in December maybe once every decade :(
I
I disagre I think Lucas till is doing a great job so far
True ...7/16/14 in South Texas of all places I believe.
Still don't want to see Turner in anything or @Murdock to inflict self harm.. . .crushed by a giant soda ...maybe but no wrists :D
James Bond stole from a James Bond parody, so they must think 'Austin Powers' is pretty damn cool, too.
Or they never saw that Austin Powers. Or they forgot ...or what you said. *shivers at thought*
Futhermore he can dance and pee like...forever...and forever...and...for...ever....ever....ever....'ver
But no just an ever more desperate kicking of heels until an official announcement.
Well at least Aidan Turner still isn't bond something I think we can all be thankful for.
That's not a good idea, bro. I watched that movie "click", and I wouldn't recommend doing that.
Yeah, that's how they getcha.
The idea of trying to reinvent MacGyver for the current generation is like getting Zac Effron or Justin Beiber to play The Fonz, and trying to make Happy Days look like a trendy episode of NCIS.
In fact that's pretty much what the new MacGyver looks like to me. That being, said, I haven't seen the pilot. Lucas Till may surprise me and do the character justice.
Well, there was a narrative reason Max didn't talk in Fury Road. He hadn't spoken in years after he was rocked with a personal tragedy and because he'd avoided going near anyone again after that-as the people he tried to help usually ended up dead-he'd even forgotten the sound of his own voice and had to get back into the practice of being human again after years of being essentially a wild dog.
It's why the opening shot of the film shows Max with the mannerisms of a wild beast; he's very much given himself over to his feral side and he has lost his sense of identity after too long navigating the wasteland in his lonesome. Furiosa and her crew give him the chance he needs to get back into the practice of being a savior again.
One of the coolest details about that film that everyone misses is that Max's blood type is 0 negative, making him the "universal donor," meaning that he can help everyone, but a very small portion of people can help him in return. It's a great metaphor and narrative detail to underscore his savoir-like tendencies, and how much he gives to others while getting so little in return.
Don't want to get too off-topic here but Max is amazing, and very few characters stand up to his films and lore.
It would have been interesting to see him take on a character like Blofeld though, as so much of the Max mythos is made up of oppressive male dominance figures.
KHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!!!!!
Not sure about that but MacGruber is the best comedy film of the last ten years and one of the funniest movies ever made. Just brilliant from start to finish.
