Yep, going to go with everyone else on this one. TLD.
She was hardly in LTK, and isn't very good in the brief scene that she was given.

Despite the Barry Manilow collection reference, I'll vote for TLD since she and Bond got to appear together in her scenes and it was longer than her 41 second appearance in her 2nd performance in the role.
  • TLD
  • LTK, because she actually did something rather than moping around and fawning over Bond...

Licence to Kill the fact she went around M's back to help bond out was nice.

Yes, I'd forgotten about that angle. Well done Caroline..good on ya!

  • TLD for sure. Honestly I thought her scenes with Dalton were the best post 60s Bond/Moneypenny banter..

Sadly got got to see very little of Moneypenny in TLD & LTK. Weighing up what we did see, i'd have to go with TLD.

Bliss was easily the most forgettable of the three official Moneypenny's but I'd go with TLD simply because she got to share a scene with Bond.

Fine, ignore Moore and Maxwell who were real life chums way before 007. ;)

That was exactly the problem. Maybe it's because they were such good friends but the fun flirting that used to exist between Bond and Moneypenny was almost completely absent during the Moore Era. It wasn't a big problem to me but there were times were Moneypenny didn't even seem to like Moore's Bond. OP and FYEO probably came the closest to their old relationship. But Dalton's scene with Moneypennt brought back some of the fun IMHO.

I do like their TMWTGG scene together.

Ah man, I've missed two whole rounds! My votes would have been CR for Mr. White and TWINE for R/Q. Anyway, I'll join the club and say TLD for Bliss's Moneypenny, considering she actually had some dialogue and meaningful scenes! However, it is interesting to note that even though she was only in one scene in LTK, she leaves a lot more impact than TLD because she sends Q along to help Bond, probably being the most important task Moneypenny ever did in the movies.

The scene between Bond and MP in OP is, I think, a lot more fun than Dalton's scene with Bliss.

(Bond comes in, looks at Ms Smallbone)
"Well, I must say you look more beautiful everyday"
    (Moneypenny) "I'M over here"
    "Oh of course you are"

"Moneypenny there never has been and...there never will be anybody but you" (offers MP a rose)

    Awww :)

That scene has far more genuine warmth than the one in TLD IMHO
