Yes, "Coming Soon" on the international version, and "November" on the domestic version.
Skyfall had the British date already from the teaser
hoping for something similar
No.
SONY UK and SONY Germany mailed me (as you can read in this thread) that the UK release will be on Oct 23rd and always was planned to be on Oct 23rd.
There will be no global release on Nov 6. That date was always only meant to be for the US. The guy who played the presenter at the press event on December 8 just got it wrong. And after that everybody thought the movie will come out globally on Nov 6.
But that will not and never was the case.
There are lots of different dates around the world.
007.com are stating:- www.007.com/supercars-in-new-spectre-vlog/
The #SPECTRE World Premiere will be in London on October 26. The film will open on the same night in cinemas across UK and Ireland.
"SPECTRE will have its World Premiere in London on Monday October 26. For the first time ever, the film will open on the same night in cinemas across the UK and Ireland. SPECTRE will then begin its theatrical roll out in territories around the world, including the US, on November 6, 2015."

Interesting to note, on the 16th October: The Lobster.
Cast members include:-
Daniel Craig's wife, Rachel Weisz, as well as SPECTRE cast members Léa Seydoux and Ben Whishaw,
Great!!! :D

Exactly my plan.
..
It will be possible to line the red carpet and then pop along to see the film on one of the many central London regular cinema screenings an hour or so later. Having pre booked of course.
..
Any idea what time in the evening such red carpet events take place? Also how far in advance will it be possible to book at a regular screening such as Leicester Square on the 26th October.
..
There will be one hell of an atmosphere in central London and a stroll from RAH to LS through Kightsbridge and along Piccadilly would only take about 45 minutes.
I love walking through London - that's actually a brilliant idea @Giugiaro.
If I remember correctly, the Skyfall Premiere started about 5pm (BST) at the Royal Albert Hall (celebs start arriving) though if you want a good view, you should arrive much earlier in the day to get a good position, and everyone would have been seated for a 7.30 showing?
Monday 26th is the start of half term holidays in much of the UK. Very good timing if one is trying to break some box office records.
From a personal point of view it clashes with family holiday plans !
I do hold a little resentment against those Brits who were hoping for this. If someone told me I could see spectre before everyone else I'd say no-i want to experience it together. I plan on avoiding mi6 from the 26th to 5th (when I plan to go to the Hong Kong premiere with my Bond girl).
I would say that's a solid plan.
Anyone can attend the red carpet to see the stars entering, usually able to get autographs and photos if lucky (Daniel Craig took a selfie with me at the Casino Royale premiere at the red carpet).
Attending the RC is quite the experience.
