I know this could all still be hyperbole, but I'm hoping that as they seem confident enough to sing the praises of the script at this early stage it's a good sign the film itself will be ace!
The break in filming and the worry over Bond ever coming back has enthusd Craig no end.
The video interview where Craig mentions this has already been posted here.
Another video with Craig talking about Bond 23:

He didn't really say much about the QOS script. Ended up with mixed reviews.
Now he's happy with the Bond 23 script. I trust his judgement. B-)
So all in all, there is no reason to be concerned because they 'just hired another guy'--which they didn't by the way, since he's been involved at least since the beginning of the year, which is essentially the beginning of the project since this is when B23 was greenlit again. Basically I wouldn't equate Logan's hiring to script troubles, but simply due to timing amidst the whole MGM fiasco.
Given that he turned GLADIATOR from a trainwreck into a decent film, I'd say he's a pair of safe hands for BOND 23.
Yes, last Summer, it did seem like the MGM mess could go on forever, thank God it only took six months.
"Weisz ducked out for a quick bite with Craig uptown at restaurant Primola, where they met Bond producer Barbara Broccoli."
Don't tell me Rachel might still appear in B23...
