NAME THAT LITERARY CHARACTER FROM IAN FLEMING's JAMES BOND NOVELS

Literary aficionados — in order to provide us with some fun in the run up to the launch of Anthony Horowitz's new Bond novel, I would like to propose a game of name that character.
In order that it is accessible, fluid and not too obscure, there are three simple rules:
1) The character must be a main from a full length Ian Fleming James Bond (not a short story or a continuation novel).
1) You must name the novel concerned.
2) You have to quote directly from that novel.

In order to set the game in motion, I would offer up the first challenge:

From: "OHMSS"
Quote: "She looked like a very sunburned female warders. She had a square brutal face with hard yellow eyes".

NAME THAT CHARACTER.

That would be Frau E Bunt if I am not mistaken.

    Congratulations Mrcoggins.
It is "Irma La not so Douce".
Fleming's full introduction of Fraulein Irma Bunt went on to say; "Her smile was an oblong hole without humour or welcome, and there were sunburn blisters at the left corner of her mouth which she licked from time to time with the tip of a pale tongue ..."
A great example of his descriptive powers.
There has been much discussion about the return of Blofeld in SPECTRE. I wonder if the good Fraulein will be with him?
Anyway, a full ten points to the great Mrcoggins and:
    THE NEXT QUESTION IS?

Fleming's descriptions of villainesses are classic. His description of Klebb is his greatest, IMO.

    From: Thunderball
Quote: "As a matter of fact, I think it's only a passing phase but it is rather bad luck on you getting caught up in it before it's passed. You know he's always apt to get bees in his bonnet about the efficiency of the service."
Who said it = 5 points
    To who = 5 points
About what = 5 bonus points

Birdleson, I'm afraid you have to be more precise:
    Who said it?
    To who?
    About what?

Birdleson, I'm going to give you ten points because you got the 'To Who' , 'About what' correct.
    Now, who said it?

Birdleson, I am asking the questions.
    Your answer is?

Can just anybody submit a line, or is there some sort of protocol?

As this is a game of sorts, then the person who correctly answers the question should be the one or poses the next one.
If one person asks the questions, then the game comes to a halt when they're not online.
As @Birdleson correctly answered the last question, then he can provide the next line of a Fleming quote.

    Absolutely brilliant!
Anybody can pose a question but try and stick to the protocol:
    1) Name The Book.
    2) Use the exact quote from Fleming.

Seems the obvious guess, but Bond speaking about Vesper? I'm having trouble at the moment remembering a secondary female character!
Also, I'm pretty sure Bond found her desirable, eyes and all.

It's been a while since I've read it, but I seem to remember that description relating to Moneypenny?

Yeah, that would make much more sense. Not feeling very smart at the moment!
