007 Game in Ornamental Canal with RC boat, possible?

This summer my family and me are visiting London and South England during our summer holiday. I want to take them on a James Bond tour. We are 007 fans and I think it will be great to visit several sites. I want to end the tour with a Bond style games inspired by the boat chase in The World is not enough. Small part is filmed in Ornamental Canal I understand. In the game we need to take turns in destroying a few clusters of balloons with a remote controlled boat.

Do you think it is allowed to drive a rc boat in Ornamental Canal? Which part of the canal would be suitable? Do we need to inform someone before playing the game? Or do you recommend a different location?

    FYI, Ornamental Canal is next to Tobacco Dock. With google maps it looks like a public area.
