    I recall that, from the first images of the teaser trailer, Mr Hinx...
    signature kill is popping out his victim's eyes, and then breaking their necks within seconds...

    I caught the Heineken ad twice on Channel 9 during 'For Your Eyes Only'. It looks really great on the TV. Oddly enough, the ad ended with a very quick promo for 'Mockingjay Part 2'.
