Le Chiffre's last words in 1954 Casino Royale?

Valerie breaks away, Bond shoots him, and Peter Lorre's dying words are...

...er...

...I think it ends with "Mister Bond". Can anyone help me? I do plan to watch the whole thing sometime, legitimately if I can finagle it, but this part is important to me.

  • This is the right part of the forum to ask, right? Bond Movies?

I hope this does not triple post (I have computer glitches) ...
not posting much today except at work (different computer then )

BUT I wanted to say that @Birdleson is probably the best person to help you with this. He knows that Casino Royale performance well.

  • After listening to it again, the best I can come up with for the first part is "Thank you"... maybe he wanted to be shot ("Go ahead and pull that trig-!"). In the book, the SMERSH agent kills him quickly but mentions the possibility of something far more painful. Assuming I'm hearing him right.

Still can't make heads or tails of what he says after, but it hadn't occurred to me that he said anything at all, so thanks.

I thought it was "whatever you do, don't make any future Le Chiffre's weep blood".

    Indeed, a good sentiment.
