The Rebelious,Vengeful and Snappy Bond Thread

I was just thinking how many times 007 has been either snappy (towards M),seeking revenge for someone or disobeying his orders, and members opinions on should there be more of these times or not in the next few Bond flicks to emerge.

I have these ones in my mind so far over the years:

Connery

GOLDFINGER : When he snaps at M about not knowing what his mission is about.

Lazenby

Going against direct orders from M not to rescue tracy at Piz Gloria and antagonise Blofeld while things are still in the balance regarding the whereabouts of the 'Angels of Death'.

Moore

TSWLM : Blatantly delaying the order to torpedo 'Atlantis' in order to rescue Anya,by 1 hour.

Dalton

TLD : Two times in this one for Timbo - firstly with Saunders when he didnt 'shoot to kill' Kara ("stuff my orders !"),and secondly when M states he will get 008 to shoot Pushkin Bond snaps a "no !" at him .

LTK : Well as we know, the whole film is one big revenge mission so this one goes without saying.

Brosnan

Die Another Day : After being traded by Zao Bond escapes from the British warship and swims to Hong Kong harbour becoming a fugitive.

Craig

Casino Royale : Does a deal with the Americans when the British money runs out - as long as THEY get to bring in Le Chiffre instead of the British.

Any opinions peeps ?

There could another with TLD. You've included Bond's reaction to M, but what about M's actuall orders to kill Pushkin, do they count? I mean Bond goes against orders and fakes Pushkin's death, rather than outright terminating his life.

Well the fact Bond totally disregards those orders and they have a little sparring session about Pushkin in M's office i would that would count as well, good spot Major.
