    I've had too many red rings of death in my time, I will swiftly smash this console into the nearest tree if that happens to me again. It's been many, many years since the Xbox 360 was released, I can only hope they have their stuff in full check by now. Thanks, though.

    I just didn't like not being able to private and party chat with my good friend on the PS3, and knowing that we had to own the same game to talk on there. Even then, a lot of the games we played either wouldn't let us connect or we couldn't get into a proper squad together, so I had to make the change back.

    are you guys crazy, how did you all ignore the possibility of another bladeruner game by gear box!!!!

    left for dead and payday are teaming up for a massive game i believe.

    I love how in the Rambo link people are commenting on how the video 'looks so real!' when it's just clips from the movie.
    Makes me wonder if they've ever seen the damn movies....

    I am wondering though: is this going to be a port of the arcade game or something new?

    @Master_Dahark, haha, same. I loved the eventual decline of happiness when they realized it wasn't just really good graphics.

    Some seem to think it will be an on-rails game, which sounds like a horrendous idea.

    I say mission-based FPS. It'll be a COD clone, pure and simple. The only good thing will be the Sly Stallone impersonator doing the voice.

    I hope they get him-- I downloaded the free demo the the Expendables the other night and the actor there reminded me of me and my buddies doing Stallone and Arnold impressions (i.e. laughable)

    Fun enough game though.

    As for Rambo, it it's a 'rail shooter' like the arcade game- (or Time Crisis if you've never played the arcade game) I'll likely just skip it.

    Too bad it couldn't be a stealth/action 3rd person like Metal Gear. I'd play that game till I died!

    I'll give it a try if it's a rail shooter (just hoping you don't need the Move if it is one). I'm one of the few people on this planet who doesn't mind rail shooters (I have both Resident Evil rail shooters for the Wii).

    I honestly didn't know Gran Turismo 5 came out. I thought we were only on the GT5 Prologue.

    I hope GT6 it's better than 5's.

    It would be great, they said... it would have great cars, they said... it would be the best of the Series, they said...

    However, as the people always says, the impar ones (1, 3, 5) are the worst. however the par ones (2, 4, 6) could be the best. it's likely to be real, as i've already played GT2 and i've got GT4, both are great. Never played GT5 yet, but ppl says it sucks.

    Now, I liked Gran Turismo 1, and that's the only one I've played, but I enjoyed it a lot. Why does GT have the Star Trek Film Rule anyway?

    I'd be fine with the Rambo game being a rail shooter if it was done well, the arcade game was a rail shooter and that was awesome. I still hope it's a 3rd person action game though, that lets you use stealth and puts you in all out battles. They announced it in 2010 I think, so they've had plenty of time to work on it.

    Oh, and Sly better be doing the voice. If he isn't, just do what the arcade game did and use clips from the films.

    so its a side scroller or a rail shooter. this games off my radar now.

    i've been keen to hear what the company puts out since i read about it a year ago. now one year on REEF has set up a website and released 3 concept pictures. i cant even find out who.s making the game as reef are just publishing it.
    now it turns out that from reading it it will prob be unreal 3 side scroller. what was the point of announcing this at all.
    the screenshots are of concept art too so we cant even look at character models. no multiplayer...

    Looks great, and we finally see some footage of colonials being assassinated as well as red coats, but I'm still not convinced about Connor. He acts badass, but the great thing about Ezio was that he had a personality and a sense of humour. Connor seems to be just a generic tough guy hero from what I've seen of him. Altair was the same, but he had an excuse because he was raised as an assassin and taught to show no emotion.

    As giddy as the GTA fanboy in me became after seeing that link, I'm sure it's fake. The website not only looks incredibly generic, but I've searched other news outlets and haven't found anything on that. Also, the grammar in the article is terrible, and one of the pictures they used is a mod from 'GTA IV,' listed as the fifth game, so I'm sure it's all fake. It would be incredible if it were true, though.

    Last I heard about the game, analysts guessed it would be out by March 2013, because Take Two expects to rake in a lot of money by then, and unless it's a brand new IP or a random sequel, the aforementioned analysts don't believe they will make that money off of older games already released.

    But, these are the same analysts that guessed it would be out in May 2012, then October 2012, so we'll see.

    I didn't see anything in that article that made me want the game any sooner. Enhanced car damage? Yeah, that would be obvious because it gets better with each game anyway. A real-time flowing blood system, I fail to see how that could help or hurt, and it just sounds stupid anyway. A good number of those weapons were in previous GTA games and are simply new to the GTA4 engine, not the series in general. Other than the proposed October release date (which I'll be skipping anyway, as Doom 3 BFG is the game for me), I didn't see anything in that article that I cared about.

    I didn't notice the date. Did it state October 2012? If so, then the article is 100% false, which I already surmised.

    'GTA V' is probably my most highly anticipated game right now, but I just don't really care anymore. In almost a year's time, we have been given one trailer and two screenshots, with one or two pieces of information. There's a difference between good hype and lazy marketing, and they shouldn't have put out a trailer so long ago if they weren't even close to being done.

    Looking at Rockstar's past games, I think we all know May 2013 will be the release date. Following Max Payne, Red Dead and that lot.
