I think QoS is for sure Craig's darkest Bond, and the darkest in the whole series. Very humorless and sad throughout.

Interestingly, most of the legitimate, upmarket critics are positive about it, and it's the lower-rung who-the-hell? critics (like, er, "theshiznit.co.uk") where the criticism starts coming in.

I'm not reading them. Just scanning them for star-ratings and a non-spoiler headline (I am summing up the reviews).

don't always believe reviews. Allow proper hardcore bond fans to see it then let them review it. They will be far better.
