LOL. I was about to type this line...I guess humor is very specific!
There's been a bit of debate over what this exclamation refers to, but my money is on the observation that Scotsmen wear no underwear under their kilts. Other suggestions might compromise the "family" rating of the forum.
1. After Bond dispatches the coffin assassin, and it's floating down the canal a guy looks down at the coffin and has a coughing fit.
And 2. When Bond kicks Jaws in the uh...down there and it makes that metal clang. Bond's reaction is just priceless and never fails to make me laugh.
Pretty sure it refers to the nothing under the kilt legend.
When the Wavekrest crashes into the harbor. =))
Krest: "I don't like it!" :))
TSWLM Jaws dropping the block of cement on his foot
LTK Sharkey': "What a waste, the money". The face he makes.
GE When the body of the dead Admiral falls out of the closet after Xenia finishes with him.
These are the only images of that moment I've been able to find, but Sean's face gets way creeper than what they show:

That reaminds of the "Its for my ice skates." "Lovely sport" line in same movie. :P
Calvin Dyson's take on it is pretty funny too :) (from 10.44)
I'm always amused by Dalton's reaction to Kara not understanding that she has to enter the plane from the rear :P ... and his look of resignation when the engines fail on the C-130 in TLD... subtle, yet very funny actually.
I watched this last night! LOL! =))
I get tons of laughs over Bond's subtle annoyance at Kara throughout TLD, especially from the Afghanistan scenes onwards. His eyes say, "Christ, is she really this thick," many a time. Whether these body-language responses were intentional for Bond's characterization or were in fact Tim's own reactions in-scene have yet to be decided upon. Quite possibly a bit of both.
You've made it this far, so I say stuff it.
Thatcher slapping Denis' hand has me in stitches.
It was a look of desire, not reciprocated. Poor Elvis.
And of course "Kill Bond, now!" One of the reasons Pleasance fails for me in the role. He is much better when he is deadpan: "This is the price of failure, Mr. Bond."
-Madeleine getting hit in the face with a table.
-Blofeld's bare ankles
-The ridiculous face Denbigh makes right before he sprawls out the window.
-Blofeld slithering on the pavement after the helicopter crash.
The awkward silence in the SPECTRE Rome meeting after Hinx offs the italian guy.. O:-)
Q's quick glance at the goon when he sits down with laptop on the shuttle. :P
"Turn the bloody machine off!"
