Bond Theme Song Elimination Tournament

I know we've already had a +1/-2 game, but here's a tournament where two of the Bond themes are pitted against one another, and you guys vote for the superior one for X reasons. The winning song progresses to the next round, with all rounds being determined randomly. Any theme song which is defeated three times is thrown out of the tournament entirely. Also, if somebody could help keep track of the score while I'm away, that'd be nice.

First up, it's Nobody Does It Better vs All Time High. Damn, thinking this will be a one-sided one, but it has to be random, I suppose.

    Nobody Does It Better.


    This is in my top five favorite themes in the series. It is a wonderful tribute to the James Bond character.

    I'll vote. Nobody Does It Better, in a rout. I don't think I even need to explain why, but it's one of my top 5 favorite themes. All Time High isn't quite bottom-tier, in my opinion, but there's no way it touches any of the top 10 songs. The lyrics aren't good and they're not delivered well either. It's the exact opposite for Nobody Does It Better.

    Easily Nobody Does It Better. Cracking tune for a cracking Bond movie.

    Definitely Nobody Does It Better, it's an easy top 5 tune and an absolutel classic, All Time High feels quite limp and tired in comparison, even if it works within the films score.

    Tough one as I like both. Thunderball is a great effort from Sir Tom and Live And Let Die is a cracking opening tune for RM. Which do I go for?

    As much as I'd like this to not be one-sided, I have to go with Live and Let Die, which is just the better song to me and seems to be almost universally held in higher regard by the general public. It's definitely had a greater impact on pop culture and is more remembered today. I still hear it being played in certain stores as I walk by. I can't say the same of Thunderball, so yeah, LALD takes this one.
