So, is Michael G. Wilson done with the cameo appearances? Was Casino Royale his last one?

While we're at it, where were all of his appearances?

    he was in both QOS and SF

    QOS - he was the guy sitting in the hotel room lobby reading the paper, when Bond gets Slate's package from the front desk.

    SF - during the MI6 funeral scene, when Tanner opens the door to get M, he is standing behind Tanner (you really have to look to see him though).... there originally was another shot that showed him better, but it was cut out of the film...

    i didn't spot him in SP though.... did anyone else?

    He was in SP towards the later half of the film. When M comes to address C in conversation, C is having a conversation with Michael G himself. You only see him for a quick second.
