Even that is highly doubtful. That 'Love Me Like You Do' song seemed very, very popular on the radio, WOTW was loathed by a lot of people, unfortunately, and if anything, 'See You Again' will win because of the emotion/story behind it.

Right? I'd be happy with just about any of those nominees winning, though I'd prefer it if Seale or Lubezki won. Then again, Deakins' work was phenomenal as always in 'Sicario.' So excited to see what he brings to the table for 'Blade Runner 2.'

If there are better movies nominated I would say there is no snubbing going on instead I would call it recognizing quality. Not every Bond movie deserves prizes, I would say this one didn't.

On the contrary I'd have been surprised if it had been nominated. I don't think there's anything outstanding in SP from a film making perspective.

This is just one 007 movie that is just not that special, it has no real moments where you really think this is something special. While I dislike SF too it was visually a better movie and it had Adele.

I agree entirely. But merely doing 'quite well' shouldn't be winning you Oscars and BAFTAs.

It looks and sounds great but then for the money spent on it it really should shouldn't it?

While I am totally and completely in love with SP, I can't think of a single award that it deserves. The only thing that comes close to deserving a nomination is cinematography, which it has no chance of winning now that it's up against movies like 'Sicario,' 'The Revenant,' 'Mad Max: Fury Road,' 'The Hateful Eight,' etc.

Despite all the criticism Mr Smith and Mr Napier received for their title song for "SPECTRE", we need to properly celebrate another prestigious Movie Award Win for a James Bond film. It's unique. Something that previously only our mums, dads and grandparents experienced in the 1960's.

Also, please show you are a gentleman. Congratulate Mr Sam Smith and Mr James Napier for this wonderful win. Regardless of what you think of the song, for them the song was produced from their hearts. Regarding the song......I think "Writing's On The Wall" is better than "You Know My Name", "Die Another Day" and "Another Way To Die". Anyway...let's celebrate!!
