That's it for me in 2016. I've seen 258 Bond films in total.

Let's see how many @Creasy47 and @Birdleson will finish with.

I'd like to do two more by the end of the night, but hockey's on so I may only get through one. I'll do my best.

EDIT: In hopes of getting Moore to 500, I think I'm going to try and do LALD and GE, if possible. Will leave him needing only three more viewings.

Rog is closing in on 500, but ... I don't know if he can do it. I would have snuck in another viewing of FYEO this evening. But having just finished my Bondathon today, i'm feeling a little burned out on Bond.

Right now, as it stands, me (258), @Birdleson (227) and @Creasy (207) add up to 692 out of the 1862 Bond film viewings in this thread.

I watched about 55 Bond films in 2016 I think, it's a lot but somehow I need the films these days. They make me feel good and I can escape reality.
I had my dry spot from 2004 to 2012 where I really only watched CR, QOS and SF at the cinema and some selected films on DVD maybe once every second year. With the arrival of the BOND 50 box it changed.

A quick estimate does seem to have him at only 499, not sure where the screwup had occurred. What a shame.

Let's save as many of the people we've lost this year as we can while we're at it.

I believe I watched 17 in 2016, which is my usual. I try to watch a bond film every three weeks. Keeps the films relatively fresh for me, and does just enough to satisfy my 007 addiction.

So if this is our final tally, we have some fairly interesting stats to go on.

Bizarrely Sean Connery is the least popular Bond with an average of 62.85 views. Daniel Craig the most popular with an average of 104 views. Closely followed by George Lazenby with 103 views.
Pierce Brosnan came third with and average of 87.25 views, followed by Roger Moore with 72.57, and Timothy Dalton with an 70.5 average for his two outings.
Unsurprisingly Spectre was the most viewed film, followed by GoldenEye on 123 views and Quantum Of Solace with 114.
Least popular were Never Say Never Again with a paltry 38 views. Of the official EON films, The Man With The Golden Gun managed 58 views, whilst From Russia With Love, Thunderball and You Only Live Twice got 59 views each.

Just added up my personal tally, to give me a total of 79 Bond viewings for the year 2016.

It does my heart good to see QoS getting so many watches. My hope is that even more fans are coming around to it even still, able to better see some of the exceptional things it does as a thriller and piece of drama.
