What about Luxemburg.
I would like that too.
Of course it won't be filmed there. You can use Malta, Cyprus or Turkey...
Actually, I've had it a bit with European locations. I mean, hey, the USA still exist boys and girls?? Does this wonderful country not deserve a prime location anymore in a Bond film? And what about new rising powers Iran and/or Arab Emirates?
--> ABU DHABI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (YAS MARINA FORMULA ONE CIRCUIT)?
--> LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE & WHITEHALL)?
--> SPECTRE-ISLAND, THE SEYCHELLES?
--> LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM (NOTTING HILL)
--> THE HAGUE, THE NETHERLANDS (WORLD FORUM CONGRES CENTRE)?
--> TEHRAN, IRAN (ISLAMIC CONSULTATIVE ASSEMBLY)?
--> AUSTIN, TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (CIRCUIT OF THE AMERICAS)?
--> HOUSTON, TEXAS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (NRG PARK STREET CIRCUIT)?
--> QOM, IRAN (FORDO URANIUM ENRICHMENT FACILITY)?
Russia has already been featured in "GoldenEye" heavily. And to me it felt like a very depressing, dreary place. A short cameo of a fake Kazan in "Quantum Of Solace". And China we've seen recently in "Skyfall".
So bring on the US of A!!! Where the F**K are those proud Americans ;-)!!

In short: The great US of A has been heavily underappreciated in the entire James Bond franchise. It's time to show audiences that the USA has truly remarkable locations to show us....and Bond fans. I'm stunned that so far only "Live And Let Die", "Licence To Kill", "Goldfinger", "A View To A Kill" and "Diamonds Are Forever" have become the advertorial 'postcards' for America's finest locations. But that's a total of only FIVE Bond films!
Do we really need to visit Italy, Turkey and Austria....again? And even if we do visit Abu Dhabi....we know "Mission: Impossible" and "Furious 7" already preceded the Bond films with these locations. Let's do an all-American Bond films. It's about time!
Canada too. I don't think movie Bond has ever come to Canada
Fleming Bond visited extensively in both FYEO and TSWLM
@Gustav_Graves, some beautiful locales you've listed there. The only one I've seen in a film recently that I wouldn't want featuring in the world of Bond is the Guggenheim - 'The International' already utilized it as the setting for a pivotal shootout sequence, so I don't want it looking like Bond is trying to steal from that. I want unique/new locations utilized for inventive stunts/action sequences, that's all I ask.
Funnily enough, it has also been used as a stand-in for Gotham in Suicide Squad, though much of that was done in post.
With a dogsled chase! I am somewhat obsessed by huskies, and I'm still sad the ones in GE didn't get more screen time.
Clever idea.
I still want Nordic locale. I think Japan (and China too) would be out of the question for the budget. A dogsled chase would be GREAT. :) As long as no pups hurt, of course. ;)
