Ow Major !!
EDIT:
I've altered my selections. Title track changed to a tie, as they're both abysmal. QOS makes no sense whatsoever, and SP was inaudible due to Sam Smith screeching.
Title Track: QoS (shoot me I like it. A proto theme song for a proto Bond)

PTS: Skyfall (close one)
Title Track: Skyfall (given that WOTW is basically a bad imitation of it)
Title Credits: Skyfall
Main Villain: Skyfall (by a country mile)
Main Bond Girl: Spectre (thanks to the ambiguity of Skyfall's Bond girl situation)
Henchman: Spectre
Overall Plot: Skyfall (not great, but still much better)
Dialogue: Skyfall
Score: Skyfall (I kind of like the Skyfall theme, so there you go)
Settings: Spectre (Skyfall spends too much time in London, although they do use it very well)
Action: Spectre
Humour: Skyfall
Cinematography: Skyfall
Benign Bizarre: Skyfall (hello, Silva!)
Suspense: Skyfall
Minor Characters: Spectre (this was surprisingly difficult)
Glamour: Skyfall (maybe not glamour, per se, but I needed to reward its celebration of all things English dignity somehow)
Bond Performance: Skyfall
Skyfall triumphs by a margin of 13-5! Its flaws allowed Spectre to pick up a few categories, but ultimately it's just a much stronger movie, as evidenced by their respective rankings (6 and 16) on the old Bond-o-meter. Anyway, now that that's taken care of, let's see your scores, shall we?

Yeah I guess that's fair I usually can't decide which one I like better I guess skyfall is probably slightly better but not marginally and. My opinion does flip flop so a tie is accurate for me
And benign bizarre, @GoldenGun ?

Of course that would mean it had won
PTS: SF (Tense from start to finish with some great stunts thrown in for good measure. A classic sequence only bettered in the Craig universe by the QoS car chase and CR African sequence imho).
Title track: SF (Please).
Titles: SF (I love how the PTS segues into Adele's track).
Main villain: SF (Not even worth explaining. Bardem sh!#$ all over whatever it was that Waltz was peddling).
Main Bond Girl: SF (If it's Marlohe, but not if it's Harris or Dench)!
Henchman: SP (A win by default, so nothing to write home about).
Plot: SF (Lambasted frequently by the haters here, it's at least coherent & doesn't base its premise on long lost love & hate).
Dialogue: SF (It could win just on the museum sequence alone, but there's so much more including the word association scene, Bardem's monologue, Dench/Fiennes etc. etc).
Score: SF (Newman did a very good job on his first outing. Fits the film perfectly. Sadly, he didn't have much of an entry to score on his second attempt so I don't blame the man for phoning it in).
Settings: SF (Whatever locations they used in SF, they made it look good).
Action: SF (Just on the pretitles alone, it wins. The Skyfall ranch finale is excellent as well despite being reminiscent of Home Alone, Macgyver & A-Team).
Humour: SF (I'm laughing with the film in the case of SF and not at it).
Cinematography: SF (Please).
Benign Bizarre: SF (Bardem, his face and his abode).
Suspense: SF (It can win just on the pretitles in comparison to the sleepfest that succeeded it).
Minor Characters: SF (Scooby delivers in the earlier film and fails in the later entry. Kincaide adds humour).
Glamour: SF (Severine staring down Bond across skyscrapers with Newman's score kicking in is one of the best scenes in the Craig era).
Bond performance: SF (Please).
SF: 17
SP: 1
A final deserved thrashing. Glad we're done with this. It hasn't been pretty.
Perhaps now would be an appropriate time for Alien vs. Predator's tagline:
"Whoever wins, we lose."

A narrow win for Spectre.
Skyfall is quickly advancing up my overall ranking.
