The Flash season 3 is definitely Flashpoint. I'm curious as hell how they'll pull that off without Batman....

    Screw it, I'm excited anyway!

    Banshee season 3

Episode 3. Featured the most violent fight scene I have ever witnessed on TV!

Binge watched Scream TV show season one over the weekend, I must say I was quite surprised it was good. Happily I deduced correctly who the killer was, though plenty of red herrings to keep audience guessing. If you enjoyed the first film you will like likely enjoy this.

Speaking of GOT, am I the only one who thought of Shakespeare, and Vincent Price and Robert Morley when watching a certain scene ?

Oh absolutely, it'll be one of those shows I fly through in 24 hours. Been looking forward to it for a while now. I'm sure Luhrmann won't disappoint.

I agree. It looks really good. Excellent production values (they seem to have the era down pat), and it seems epic.

I'm getting West Side Story vibes from that, just set in the Bronx. The starcrossed lovers, the gang/crime backdrop, the inclusion of song.

Just watched an episode of the old Remington Steele. Called "Steele At Your Service". Pierce Brosnan pretends to play a stoic and half-annoyed butler in it as part of his detective cover which was highly amusing to watch.

Just finished watching the first season of 'Bron/Broen' (The Bridge). Absolutely bloody fantastic. Would highly recommend it. Can't wait to start season two.

I've only watched the US version, and that is fantastic as well.

Looks brilliant. I don't have Netflix sadly, so I'll have to wait for the blu ray, but this is definitely on my list.

Have not long finished watching the original series of The Prisoner. Can't believe that it was my first time watching it but I enjoyed it very much even though I know people thought it seemed to "jump the shark" with the episode "Living In Harmony" (for me I loved that episode). And that ending? Left me slightly confused.

I've gone on to read things on the internet about how McGoohan left the country for a few days because of that ending and the ensuing uproar over it caused leaving viewers baffled. To be fair if that was the reaction it received then he must have been delighted; keeps people talking, even top this day.

On another note, I was talking about the series at work yesterday and got so many blank looks as I was chatting, I was waiting for the tumbleweed to pass in front of me. A shame that, when at work, I don't really have anyone to talk to about the things I enjoy watching; even Bond #:-S

As for now, I am watching the series Nowhere Man, you can see the influences of The Prisoner and The Fugitive in this. I'm about 6 or 7 episodes in and have enjoyed what I've seen so far, even the obligatory virtual reality episode they seemed to put in a good few of the series' of the 90's.

I'm rewatching from my childhood The six million dollar man. I was amazed
to see how fond of a Safari Suit Steve Austin was :D so it wasn't just Sir Roger,
and how they'd have Steve escape from a car, only to have a completely different
car, explode or go over a cliff. :))

Try being a Whovian in France. When I say I watched Doctor Who, the answer I got more often than not was "You mean Dr. House ?" X(

I don't know if this is the right place to post it, but it's news rather than Last TV Show I Watched, so...

Those who love the 1979 film The Warriors that ended up being a cult classic (I haven't seen it, but I figure some have seen those here), there's bit of a news around it that will see Captain America's very own Russo Brothers adapting it to television series.

Loved the original film and I see it as a cult classic, but to me, this is another unnecessary film-to-TV adaptation. We'll see how it turns out.

Agatha Christie's Marple: Toward Zero (2006) Another cracking episode featuring the brilliant Geraldine McEwan. Very special episode for me this, as it was filmed in the town I was born and brought up in, Salcombe in Devon. Some bits were shot in places just outside Salcombe (one bit in Kingsbridge - 6 miles away). I remember when this was filmed as our photographer (I work on a local newspaper) took a picture of Julian Sands and Saffron Burrows on the beach. Can't believe it was 10 years ago!

I absolutely loved the late Geraldine McEwan's portrayal of Miss Marple. I always
Thought she had a mischievous glint in her eye. :)

Regarding Towards Zero decent though I prefer the old Joan Hickson serials, as a kid found the intro quite sinister.

Agents of shield season 3 episode 2, grabbed my attention from start this season looks promising.

The final season of Banshee fell short of the bar set by Season 3, didn't care much for the Silence of Lambs/Red Dragon sub plot and just seemed to be there for misdirection for a plot point that I had my suspicions about from episode one.

I guess it was a suitable sign off for Hood and Co and Job got a fantastic revenge but certainly fell short of the superb sign off for the under appreciated Justified.

I mention that show because my Wife and I always thought Banshee was like Justified on PCP.

    Penny Dreadful next.

I'm with @Thunderpussy, love Geraldine McEwan, think I've mentioned the twinkle as well. Like the old JH ones too, but just prefer GM.

Oddly I find Julia McKenzie looks to young to be Miss Marple
( To me at least )
