Just finished watching Nowhere Man - a series I enjoyed a lot but the ending was a bit pants. Kind of ends the series as a whole but could have nicely set up a second series.

    Currently watching Quantum Leap.

I gave that a go myself, switched it off at the Ballroom scene in the first episode.

Over the last week I've been checking out this new French spy-comedy series on Netflix, called «Au service de la France». A few episodes in, I find it quite funny, with a humour in the same style as the OSS 117-films with Jean Dujardin. Trailer:

@Torgeirtrap: NICE!! If there's an English subtitled version of this, I'll certainly watch it! :D

I'm sure there is! If I can see the series with Norwegian subtitles, there has to be English one's as well :)

    HELLFJORD

Not sure what to call this. Some sort of Norwegian Twin Peaks pastiche, perhaps? Funny as Hell.

Oops, finished 'Stranger Things' already. Very good show, it's a mixture of so many different sci-fi/monster movies and novels to me. I'd describe it as a love letter to 80's sci-fi, or if Spielberg directed a much darker version of 'E.T.,' written by Stephen King.

The Secret Agent - BBC tv. Three part drama based on Joseph Conrad's novel. With Toby Jones as Verloc. This was filmed by Hitchcock [as Sabotage - he'd used The Secret Agent title previously for a film based on Somerset Maugham's Ashenden stories] but updated, the BBC version is set in the time period of Conrad's novel.
Very good so far - the kind of thing the BBC excels at, worth the licence fee. And I can recommend reading any of Conrad's novels. Brilliant stuff.

    Great show .

Indeed it is, sir. This new season looks to really be interesting.

I'm also rewatching Smallville. This show makes me want to scream. A lot of the writing, particularly pertaining to character is just so aggravating in hindsight. Lex and Lionel Luthor are by far the best written characters on the show...so far.

Just binge watched Netflix's Stranger Things the whole day. One of the best shows I've ever seen! Insanely intense stuff, and powerhouse performances from the entire cast! And what a soundtrack!

    Season one of 'Narcos': Fantastic.

Up to the last few episodes of 'Bloodline' right now, it's getting very intense.

Do TV shows on DVD count? If so 'Come Fly With Me' with David Walliams & Matt Lucas. It's spoof documentary about life in a UK airport. Here's a couple of short clips.

Finally binge watched the 6th season of Game of Thrones in 1 day (started last night, ended just now). One of the best seasons I've ever seen, the last 2 episodes are out of this world, especially that insane battle sequence in episode 9.

@DaltonCraig007, I have not idea what this show is about, but it looks fascinating. My only concern is that it is on Starz, which I've been against since they cancelled the brilliant Boss with Kelsey Grammar a few years back.

Fascinating indeed. I also have a thing for Emily Browning. Damn, I have to revise my list of films and TV shows to keep track of.

Just started a catch up of all the tv I've missed for one reason or another. Currently watching Gotham. Ok, so it didn't start off too great but it has certainly improved as the first season has gone on.

I also need to catch up with Arrow (from season 3), all of The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, Constantine and anything thing else that may, even tenuously, fall within the Arrowverse. Speaking of which, does anyone know where I may find a reliable viewing order for all these? Cheers.

Going through season seven of Archer, which has to be one of the best tv series around. After seven seasons it still makes me laugh out loud every single episode!

Took advantage of my vacations to advance in my viewings of Doctor Who. First watched the whole of the ninth season last week, and recently, I watched Planet of the Daleks and The Green Death. Loved all of them, but more "The Green Death", which is a classic. Quite a few chuckles (Pertwee as a cleaning lady), and a very emotional ending. Oh, BTW, doesn't that :

If you haven't started watching this yet, GO DO IT! It's like every awesome 80's horror/sci-fi movie rolled into one! I just love it!

I'm currently working my way through the original 'The Saint' series starring Roger Moore. I don't remember seeing it first time around but I'm enjoying the ITV repeats.
