    rocky is probably my fave film of all time, but from this decade??? im not sure.

    They all have good trailers !!

    Has anyone seen all the above and would you recommend them ?

    Drive is my top film - very 70s - understated, slow paced and totally engrossing. DC007 has recommended Super 8. I haven't seen it yet but I'm sure with that recommendation it's going to be great. I hear the opening 20 mins are awesome.

    Rather than compose a list in order of preference, I've opted to just list them chronologically. I will be honoring the 2001-2010 system:

    I've also forced myself to a limit of 2 films per year to really get a sense of the films from the whole decade.
