In Spectre, the PTS is very brownish overall. They used colour filters for sure.

I was about to vote in this poll, but first I wanted to ask you what the difference is between best action set pieces in the technical category and best action in the story/narrative categories.
Thanks for posting that!
Action set pieces are for example the villain's lairs, or the Skyfall mansion, built locations where action scenes take place.
Action is just meant in general. For example the PTS of Spectre, building collapsing, helicopter fight, or shoot outs etc.

Just to unclear it up a bit.
I suggested action set pieces, and what I meant was action. Perhaps either remove that one or rename it set design (though that wasn't what I was thinking of)
Thank you for clearing that up, my mistake. I'll keep the "Action" and alter the "Action set pieces" into "Set Design".
