Pre-Title-Sequence (PTS) Elimination Game 2016

Bond movies have a long tradition of pre-title-sequences that are sometimes short, sometimes almost a mini-movie before the main feature.
Since From Russia With Love there has been a PTS in all of the Bond movies.
Here is the elimination game for the pre-title-sequences and its rules:
You can vote once per calendar day, indicate the day of your vote.
You can add once +1 point to the PTS you like best.
You can deduct once -2 points or twice -1 each to the PTS you want to be gone.
Lately, 40 points to start with seemed a bit high, let's make this Elimination Game a bit shorter. I'll start it with 20 points.
As I am the host, I won't participate but check that everything goes smoothly.
